dear qorax. I hv mailed ndvo asking them if some thing is expected from my side and no reply. It's been 92 days from pp, medical and rprf submission. When can I expect dm. What is left in my process. SC or BC? What is the max time of delay in my case.plz reply me captain. Thx in advance

Hello Qorax,
I would appreciate if you can reply to me on the below mentioned concerns:
1) After submitting my application and full documents to NDVO, I travelled to Muscat, Oman for 15 days in 2011. Do I need to inform the NDVO about my travel.
2) Recently I applied for US B1/B2 visa and they gave me the visa. Though I dont plan to travel to US in the near future, do I need to inform the NDVO or send them the revised passport copies that I got a US visa.
Your answer will be highly appreciated.

I have applied in NOC 0213 since last two years (2009-2010 period) , i have receive message decision made and letter received on March-2012 for decion on below point table
age: 10
education: 22
First official language 04
experience 21
adaptibility 09
total: 66
on that time i have submited my old ielts result (4 points) with original documents, after 10 days of original documents submission, i have submited my new ielts result with following band (R:5,W:5.5,L:5.5,S:5) as per this result i have gained 7 points, CIC office receive my new result and inform me your result received, but after two years he review my eligibility as per old result and refused my application. This is very imbarasment situation to me, on first week of April-2012 i have submited my reveiw application on the basis of documents receiving replies from CIC, at that time (after 60 days) i dont have receive any reply and no any status change from DECISION MADE to InProcess, Please advise, can CIC is consider my review application or accept my latest IELTS documents result and also Guess any possible decision about my application.
My 2nd AOR No. is B054731154

Dear Qrax
I have a serious problem concerning RPRF payment to NDVO. Unfortunately in hurry I made e-payment of RPRF of CAD 490 in CIC and have got an official reciept from CIC in my mail. But later i came to know that NDVO only accept DD so now i again have to make DD for RPRF. Now my problem is how to get my e-payment of CAD 490 refund from CIC?? please advice me ....
