Dear Qorax attention please,


I had applied in pre-june category, but got rejection that my job duties are not enough to satisfy the visa officer in london.
my work experience was from 2006 to 2010 july.
now I have decided to apply again with different NOC. in applying again with 2 years experience from 2010 to 2012 june  I am short of points,
is it possible if show them different work experience. do they have any record of my previous application regarding experience or NOC.
Please guide me.
can you please provide me any link regarding documents required educational, identity marriage etc. (except specific forms).

Hi,

While waiting for the indefatigable Captain to reply your query, you can read more about steps/requirements/guides that support the application process. It surely addresses concerns raised on NOC/job experience, marriage, identity documents and all that bothers you in the apps process. It is surely a project that you must painstakingly go through while you seek clarification for grey areas.

Dear Qorax,

Follwoing reply i got from LVO:

"Your file still has not yet been forwarded to me - it is currently in our Cost Recovery Section which has a large backlog of files awaiting action.   When it is, we will issue medical instructions for your child as soon as we are able to."

It's been a month since I am waiting MR of my newly added child.

Please advise how long it will take to clear my file from Cost Recovery section and how long it will take VO to send MR.

Today my adress re-appeared in ecas after 27th january 2012 . but the inside details remain the same

In process with " We received your application for permanent residence on July 13, 2011"

What does it reflect ? it means nothing has been done on my file ?

I have observed that you are not committed to the issue of address disappearance. However I want your opinion on this.
My address, just like most people disappeared on 27th January and has only reappeared today.

Do you think there could be a link between this 'sudden' reappearance and the fact that my file should have 'come out of the queue' this May 2012? I don't know if you get what I am trying to drive at...could there be a link at all or I am just dreaming things...

I'm not "committed" to the address issue b'coz till date it hasn't proved anything concrete other than denoting "a work in progress". Besides, the e-Cas isn't maintained by our IOs - rather, it's updated by CHC's MIS cell... which they don't do it on a real-time basis - but periodically, once a week.

Yes, there's a "link", but what - that cannot be opined just by the e-Cas address change. Keeping track of our timeframe [not the timeline] and knowing what to expect & when - is a better/wiser choice.

BTW, ur file should come out of the queue now, if u were a May applicant.

Great! The information is very useful.
I was wondering that if there is any discussion where I can discuss the confusion I am facing during the filling up the FSW application form it would be good.
Actually, I am trying to fill up the Skilled Worker application, I want to know in Additional Family Information form do my spouse have to submit a seperate form? She is not the principal applicant. One single form is fine that I am submitting? Secondly, Background/Declaration form do I have to submit two different forms (one for me and one for my wife)? Thirdly, in Additional Dependent form as I do not have any dependent other than my wife going with me do I keep this form blank or write Not Applicable?
Or in general if I have any form which is not applicabe for me can I keep it blank and write N/A?
