Dear Qorax,

I Received Medical Request and RPRF and also asked for completed Immigrant Summary form.
Can you please explain me Immigrant Summary form, Is this the Background/Declaration form? I have already submitted it initially.

And do I have to fill it twice once for me as principal applicant and once for my spouse as a principal applicant and I will be the spouse.
I am really confused with this form please reply.

Regards
Shahnawaz

Immigrant Summary Form:

Dear Qorax,
As per my timeline how much it will take for PP?
Can u please fever it?

It could take around 3-5 months to get the pps back after an interview. U could be looking at it anytime now.

Hi Qorax,

Need your help in one of my queries –

1)   I had ordered GCMS notes and I received it on May 31 as updated/created on May 30th.  As per that my wife's Medical are showing in progress whereas mine and my son ‘s are passed.  The MR we recvd on Apr 26th, got our Meds done at DMP on May 5th and sent everything on May 14th. How come till 30th it was showing as in progress...I checked with DMP and they have confirmed that all 3 reports were sent on 10th May.   RPRF encashed on May 23rd.
2)   The new bill BC 138 is coming into effect on June 22nd as per what I heard.  Will this change impact us, as in MI3 applicants who've got their MR done, RPRF encashed ?

Respected Qorax ,

I am Pulkit from New Delhi, India. I went to many overseas consultants but was not convinced by their replies so i finally decided to start on my own rather than depending on these consultants, they used to only keeping adding & substracting points to make it somehow 67 points or above. When i checked my eligibility by keeping French at basic level my score was 67 points and i am eligible. Here is the breakdown of your total score:

Factor              Score
1. Education         22
2. Language Ability     18
3. Work Experience     17
4. Age                 10
5. Arranged Employment  0
6. Adaptability          0

Total Score              67

I want to go for PR along with a job in Canada.

Thanking you in anticipation and hoping for your valued advice.

After u receive ur PR visa u need to 'land' before it's expiry. Once 'landed' there's no more a PA or dependent... each get to go their own way. Each need to remain in Canada for 2-yrs. out of 5-yrs. [in a rolling pd] to be able to maintain his/her PR status. Thus, u could remain outside for 3-yrs initially and pursue ur studies.

1. Getting just 67 in the self assessment could be dicey. What if the IO opines otherwise in any of the criterion?
2. If u get a job offer [documented] - u imdtly add another 10-points to ur case.

Hello Mr. Qorax

My PR is in process under the CEC category, at the moment the status is "In Process" just recently my mailing address appeared in my ECAS status. Does it mean anything?

My timeline is:

We started processing your application: March 29, 2012
Medical Received

As per the last GCMS note, I passed the eligibility, medical and criminality as well as my dependents with the security part still in progress. By the way, I sent my RFPF beforehand with the processing fees.

Any comments on this Mr. Qorax?
