Hi,

U need to just file as a 3 membered family. And after delivery - obtain all docs of the baby - then add him/her into ur case file. As of now u r good to go as 3 only.

Good luck.

Dear Mr. Qorax,

I want to apply for CAIPS. If you may answer:
1. How many times can I apply for CAIPS?
2. If I get CAIPS once then is it possible to order it again after 2/3 months to check the update?

Kind regards,

Hi,

1. If u had been reading the posts of mine on this issue u'd've known... PPR typically takes 3-5 months from the submission of meds.

2. That's for security checks... CIC broadly calls everything as b/ground checks.

There nothing to be "upset" about as yet... U aren't late.

Qorax
Thank you for your reply. I have, of course, followed your threads about background checks. I was worried because the trend has been different lately. Many are getting PPRs within weeks of their medicals. It was in the light of this current situation that I was asking for help. As for the 4-5 months, if it is from the meds, 2.8 months have already passed for me, so that is fine. I thought it meant a further 4-5 months.
Always appreciative of your response.
Best,

Dear Mr. Qorax,

Before i came across this forum i planned to contact a consultant to apply for FSW but after going through this wonderful informational forum i plan to do it myself however i'm kind of confused as to under which skill i fall under & appreciate if you could kindly guide me in this regard.
I have 4 years of MNC experience in sales n service n i have handled a local printing unit for the past 2 years. Can you help me know under which skill I can apply.
Also the consultant i contacted said i can apply under one skill n look for work under a different skill. Is that true?
If you could kindly guide me here i would start collecting my required docs so that i can be ready by the time the cap opens.
Many thanks.

Hi Qorax,

I hope you could help.

My VO is Sydney , Australia.

When i applied under FSW in March 2011 ,my spouce and I were on a Bridging VISA here is Australia.

In May 2011 my spouce's  Permanent Risidency (for Australia) was refused becasue the ex employer gave wrong answers on the phone but there was no misrepresentation.

The reason given by the VO was " Not statisfied by your claim of having worked for XYZ" and we were given a chance to appeal but we didnt because we had already applied for Canada FSW.

After this I applied for Temporary Residency in Australia and it was approved. We are still in Australia.

I am awaiting PPR from Canada, " Medical Results have been received" line was added some 6.5 weeks ago.

I have just realised that we didnt update Canada of this Australian VISA refusal which happened after applying for the former.

What if  VO would checked with their Australian counterparts and found out that we have been refused PR by Australia hence cause concerns in security clearance ?

We are worried because it has been more that 3 months since we took the medicals and there is still no sign of PPR.

I have holidayed in 8 countries in my life though.

What do you think is going on behind the scene ? Do they check only security at this stage or are they also going to check whether we have any rejected Visas ?

Or could they have already checked visa refusals etc before the medicals.

Thanks in advance

Dear Sir,

After writing the below lines to London Enquiry:-
<quote>

In 2011, I was facing trouble logging into the ECAS system.

On enquiry I was informed in Mar-2011 that my immigration file number has been changed from B000000000 to E000000000. Why?

I sent my completed application form to the London Office in the month of September 2010 but still my E-CAS showing a single line as appended below:

We received your application for permanent residence on March 22, 2010.

Till todate I am visiting the ECAS and the above message appears.

Please let me know:-
Why my Immigration file number has been changed?
Why I have not yet recieved 2nd AOR?
How I can change my telephone number which are changed now???
What is my current status of application if it is not updated on E-CAS???

<unquote>

Although I have not yet recieved email reply from London office but a new line was added today in E-CAS, as appended below:-
"We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 29, 2012 to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXX, Pakistan, XXXXXXX. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us. "

Can anyone guide me? Guess I am refused???
Senior members help me please.

Regards

Dear Qorax and Other forum members,

Please clear some of the doubts that I have regarding my GCMS notes which I received it today. The following was mentioned in the Notes section at the last pages of the GCMS notes as it contains total of 38 pages. I will paste the notes and it is given below

PA-PLS REQUEST THE FOLLOWING document immediately: -Australian PCC for spouse PENDING: - REVIEW of Spouse's Australian PCC –PPTs(old&new) * 3 –MEDS * 3 –RPRF * 2 ____________ PA has PROVISIONALLY obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economically established in Canada, on the condition of NO NEW ADVERSE INFORMATION. File pending verification for A.40, and/or possible interview or negative substituted evaluation.

1). What is meant by File pending verification for A.40?

2). What is meant by negative substituted evaluation?

Please clarify these questions for me and it is a kind request to all forum members that give your suggestions and ideas about my GCMS report.

When I filled the form for work experience I mentioned my client companies and I didn't mention my Parent Company. When I sent the full documents to NewDelhi I sent the experience letter given by my Parent Company. So is that a issue that they have doubt regarding my documents about work experience. Please clarify the doubts that I have.

Regards,
Raj.

1. What kind of CLP doc do u have?
2. If u desire to bring her here [which u should/would] get her meds done.

Dear Qorax

1. Actually She decided to get married this week.
2. She doesn't live with me, she have lived since 8 years old with her mom in a different country, I only inlcuded her because she was my dependent by that time, in the transition of my application, she turned 23 years old, she quitted school and now she decided to get married (living for a few months in a CLPR), and she doesn't have intentions to join me not now not ever at Canada, that is why I wonder if with her marriage certificate now they could waive her Medicals?HuhHuh? which I know if they ask me for that it will be a trouble for me since she could refuse to get medicals and it is out of my hands????please help!!!!?Huh?

When the cap resets, check ur probable NOCs. See the duties of which NOC matches ur actual duties perfectly... Then apply under that NOC. It doesn't matter what job title u hold, as long as 75% of ur duties match any NOC and u can document that - u r good to go.
