Qorax you are helping people a lot, thanks.

My Question is:

What is First Step to Apply for Canada Skilled Worker VISA.

What Application Forms Needed and What Kind of Documents, Photos, other things have to attach?

Where to send these Documents?

What is Fee and How to pay if i don't have Credit Card.

Thanks

Dear Qorax,

I wanted to ask about my application, actually I'm on FWS-2 already in Canada on work permit, I received AOR at 26-May-2011 and at June-2011 File transferred to Buffalo VO, I got RCMP request at 26 June-2011 which is done and sent at 29th-June electronically...
after that my ECAS showing RBVO, even I talked to MP, he checked and told my application is still on process of Background checks, I've Buffalo file number as well but don't know when these long and tiring BG checks will be finished?

Many of the applicant got their visa even they are landed, now I'm frustrated to see my ECAS status always RBVO... any suggestion when I can expect anything else further?

Thanks you very much for your sincere advice.
Nadeem

Hi,

U should be looking at ur meds around Jul/Aug-2012.

Can't sanguinely opine about ur 3 queries... they'd be reassessing ur file now... if u've filed everything correctly u shouldn't have anything to worry. Similarly, though ur points must've been calculated already, but with another look at ur file anything can occur. However, keep ur spirits high & keep the faith - all would/should be Ok.

Good luck.

Hi,

It's better that u wait at least 2-3 months more. U need to demonstrate ur financial viability to sponsor ur parent/s. As long as u show that u r regularly earning for sometime now - chances of approval increases.
