-U should be fine with that.
-Delays cannot be timeframed, could be months to a yr.

hi qorax, cant sleep with the delay that would be a year. just a follow-up clarification again. we just did our medicals last month. together submitted the updated nbi clearance and paid the rprf.

so if its going to a year for the delay then our medical will be expired and again the nbi. may i know the percentage of probability if our delay will be a year, im thinking that they are now prioritizing under MI-1 fsw applicant.

hope again to hear from u.

Hi,

1. It might not be a yr's delay, pls keep ur hopes alive & be positive.
2. It usually takes 3-5 months from the meds to get PPR, u probably shall make it within as well.

Hi Chaps,
Although I have been following this forum I am wrting for the first time. My Noc is 0213 and I have noted that my E-CAS has changed to in process from the 26th of March 2012. ( I applied to Nova Scotia In Feb 2010)

I am quite anxious to move forward with this like all of you as my son has got admitted to the following varsities; University of Toronto /Simon fraser university/ University of Calgary.

I am not sure how this works if my son  moves to Canada first on student visa & then I receive the MRs. Perhaps the seniors amongst this group would be able to guide me whether he can carry out the medical in Canada and send me the form which I can collate and send to the LVO.

As you have a relative / friend there it would cost you just $5. Its very easy. Your relative / friend will order this on your behalf and he will be the requester. It can be done by email and your relative / requester can send scan copies of everything. Your relative / friend will receive CAIPS / GCMS notes in his email.

First fill the following form but your relative / friend will sign it as he is the requester.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online if you are not living in Canada and there is no need to fill any credit card form. Pay fees online, get receipt, fill it and then scan and attach with application. Its very easy. Go to section C of the following form then follow other links given below.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf  (See section C)

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/lineofbusiness.do

After payment take 2 copies of print out of receipt. Keep one copy for yourself and attach other with application.

Ask your relative to provide copy of his Canadian passport or PR card and copy of his recent bill or bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada

Ask him to scan everything and send everything by email to

atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca (Please ignore any space in the email address)

Pls wait for their notification around Jun-12 for 2011-2012. The MI List shall be updated. However, which NOCs would be there, or would it remain the same as current yr's cannot be foretold.

Hi,

Yes he can do his meds in Canada - and he doesn't require to send u anything on it. His meds would go to the RMO-Ottawa and urs would go to ur RMO, which is London. End of the day all meds r posted online on the CICs system and would be collated centrally.

Good luck.

IMHO u can. Once again, the job titles aren't important but the JDs are. Ur duties should match the lead statement and tally to at least 75% of those mentioned against the NOC in HRSDC site.

BTW, u got to first check whether ur NOC is still available in the next MI list.

Congrats!
1. That's fine.
2. Usually YES, Detroit stamps on personal visitation. It'd most probably mentioned in ur PPR as well.
3. U'd receive ur PR cards at the Canadian address that u provide while "landing" @ the POE.

All the best!

Any NOC, if available in the MI list, where 75% of ur JDs match alongwith their lead statement.

Hi,

Firstly, relax! U r good to go... Start packing!

Yes, sometimes the VO might want to w/draw a previously issued PRV+COPR when when there's some administrative lacunae involved in it's issuance; and detected subsequently.

Cases where the PRV+COPR might be required to be reMade:
-Error in addition of dependents (remember, everyone's PRVs in the family need to be linked),
-Pps unrecognized by Canada (eg. Somalia) - needing PRVs stamped on a SJTD*,
-Mismatch in the PRVs/COPR details between the family members,
-Dest. Code improperly logged,
-IMMCAT erroneously recorded,
-Different signatories between the forms/indivs.,
-Etc.

Horrifying - yes for the applicant, but it's not on our accord & we have nothing to worry about. Though rare, but such incidences do occur. I'm aware of one such within my close folks.

U r likely to have them returned in a week or two.

Good luck.
