Dear Qorax, I recd following in my caips notes few days back.
Few days back I recd my caips notes. Applied in 2004.
Following were entered
PSDEC: 01
Points : 72
SELDEC AND ALL OTHER :00
FILE SENT TO ECU
FILE B FD TO: 05-03-12 MICROCULATOR
COULD NOT UNDER STAND WHAT WAS ECU AND FILE B FD 05-01-12.
Hi, Ur file was on hold at Microlocator. It has been last reviewed on 5th Mar 2012 and currently has been furthered to Economic Class Unit, a section that has been predominantly created to deal with the backlogs. I've written about ECU earlier in detail, pls hit the search button. Regards.

With the pre 25 Feb 2008 applicants being scraped, would like to know if the decision is made on those who sent updated documents. I had sent my updated documents in Jan 2009 and applied in Nov 2004. Thanks
Hi, Regretfully nothing can be ascertained unless u receive their direct communication. Till then pls take it that u r good, with ur PR processing. All the best.

Dear Qorax and seniors,
Thanks for your voluntary service, I really appreciate your kind and help. One of nieces last week got an email from Nairobi CHC. the email was as follow:
Good afternoon,. Kindly note that your application is on hold indefinitely. You will be notified of the next step(s) or decision once the hold is lifted. However, we cannot provide you with an exact time frame for this process. Regards, Is that leading to rejection or security delay? Please translate.
Farah
Hi, It's not a rejection call, as yet, and might not lead to as well. U could be good to go. It's just a notification to let u know that ur VO is overwhelmed with activity/ies and would commence processing older files soon. Delay - Yes; Rejection - No. Good luck.

Dear Qorax
Need your advise again. my daughter taking a espolin 100(TDS) after an accident with hairlne fracture in her brain from one year.It could be create a problem in medicals results? Please suggest.I am worried because my MR line not updated yet.
Hi, I'm not a medical practioner thus I wouldn't know the predicament for sure. However, I'd opine that if ur baby is fine, post accident, she'd have no issues with her CIC meds irrespective of her taking any prescription drugs, given that u've disclosed it to ur DMP while performing the tests. All the best.

Dear Qorax,
We received your application for permanent residence on March 25, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 25, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. We transferred your application to the London England office on June 1, 2010. The London England office may contact you. Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 20, 2012.
Qorax can u just make some assumption on my case?

repected qorax: I have been a silent reader for at least one year .I always appreciate you for helping people.I asked these questions few days ago ,however you were not here .I appreciate your prompt reply. I got my CAIPS notes this week .somethings are meaningless to me . please help me .
File reviewed. meets minimum points requirements. approved on selection. pending: • Schedule A / supplementary information forms • Police certificates • Updated proof of residency for relative
PSDEC: 1 SELDEC: 1
view medical assessment for entire family?(y/n) y view / update personal info screens for all family members? (y/n) y intends to proceed within MED validity?(y/n) y
what is the meaning of pending before the list of updates.I am anxious that I missed e-mail to update these documents.I am self represented which is also mentioned in my CAIPS. I did not receive any update till now .I should mention that I applied on 28-05-2009 and get in-processed on 10-02-2012 .
Does this means my file has been approved or maybe I will have interview in future. can i ask them for any update? thanks in advance.
Hi, PSDEC-1 = Ur paper file is screened & found to be complete. SELDEC-1 = Ur case has been found eligible upon initial review and moved for further processing. Both r good news for u; and also indicates that u have made it beyond the scrapping of pre-2008 apps fiasco.During a subsequent review by ur IO s/he has asked for ADR (Addnl Docs Request), those bullet points. Those will be required to be assed before s/he marks u for med forms (IMM1017S). Not necessarily that they have issued a letter to u for it yet... could be in the pipeline though. Pls wait for a couple of weeks/month before u contact them. BTW, I don't think u've lost any correspondence from them. Good luck.

Dear Mate, Ur file has come out of the mandatory wait queue in Mar-12. U'd require to wait few months, usually 3-4, to see some movement. Good luck.

Capitan ..... could u please make it more clear that i can understand ....so is it a bad sign? Hi,
They r referring to a Section-15(1) of some manual. Which, I wouldn't know... OP-6 doesn't have that... Probably it's from the IRPA.
