Hi,

Firstly, relax! U r good to go... Start packing!

Yes, sometimes the VO might want to w/draw a previously issued PRV+COPR when when there's some administrative lacunae involved in it's issuance; and detected subsequently.

Cases where the PRV+COPR might be required to be reMade:
-Error in addition of dependents (remember, everyone's PRVs in the family need to be linked),
-Pps unrecognized by Canada (eg. Somalia) - needing PRVs stamped on a SJTD*,
-Mismatch in the PRVs/COPR details between the family members,

-Dest. Code improperly logged,
-IMMCAT erroneously recorded,
-Different signatories between the forms/indivs.,
-Etc.

Horrifying - yes for the applicant, but it's not on our accord & we have nothing to worry about. Though rare, but such incidences do occur. I'm aware of one such within my close folks.

U r likely to have them returned in a week or two.

Good luck.

Qorax
*SJTD = Single Journey Travel Document

Thank you very much dear Qorax, I am happy to hear a positive reply from your side. Thank you once again Smiley

Uh, I hope I pass ur test... Means a lot!

"In process" would mean PSDEC yes, but SELDEC - no. The IO, or the Program Manager, or anyone for that matter, can always have a relook at our file and opine/assess/decide otherwise.
Qorax

Meaning of PSDEC & SELDEC ?

I did.
It was in the sequence.
Hello qorax. Ur help for my previous queries were really great and I appreciate ur help now for one more query. Please do not ignore my query. My Q follows as As I told u in previous queries I used to work in cruise ship and when I was asked to send pcc from FBI and Italy I explained the ndvo that I did not stay in any of those countries for more than six months. So ndvo asked me to send the rest of the necessary docs like rprf pcc from India original passports and medical done. But side ways I applied for Pcc from Italy and FBI. Its been two months after submitting passports and rprf end cashed on 11 Apr 2012. But no update about my visa. Now I have got the FBI clearance but the address in the certificate is different because I asked FBI to send the report to my wife maiden address as it is easy to reach. I live in rural part of India that's why I told them to send FBI report there. What should I do now should i send FBI to ndvo or wait till they ask me for that. Or did they accept my case as i don't need foreign PDF that I worked in cruise. And no update of Italy Pcc. As I m not sure if I will get it or not.; please help me sir. Thanks in advance. I m waiting for ur reply. And how many months will the VO take to send Pp back with visa. Is there any chance of rejection now.

Yes, there can be... for many other reasons as well incl Security. However, if ur case has been presented well and all's genuine I don't see why u should have any adversity in ur file.

Relax & pray that all remains well.

Dear Qorax,

Thanks Alot for your kind reply

is that leading to rejection or security delay? Please translate.

Dear Qorax

I really need your advice. We just got a rejection letter from London VO saying that job not maching and we are not eligible to go .My partner applied as a heavy duty mechanic .

My question is

Is there any other way that we can apply?
If the principal applicant would go to Canada on visitor visa and get a job offer can He apply while he is in canada for work permit or how does it work?I know He cant work with visitor visa but if He could find a job can He wait there and apply for work visa or CAN WE APPLY UNDER THAT APPLICATION THAT WE ALREADY HAVE OR DO WE HAVE TO APPLY A NEW ONE ?

PLEASE ADVISE ME THANK YOU

Thanks Qorax for your reply related to work experience proof wherein you have mentioned a list of documents which can be submitted if we re having difficulty in arranging for the current work cerificate in the format stated in the Canadian Immigration website. However wanted to further find out from you whether after submitting these alternate documents also is there is  a possibility of the application getting rejected as we would not be able to arrange for ADRs?In case of such rejection will the application fees get refunded?

Hi Qorax! Sort of confusing....small city or big city to start settlement? I was once advised by friends who are already in Canada to target Toronto or Alberta being big cities where big job opportunities are there...but others tell me to try Sask or Nova Scotia.. Ohh, this is really confusing. BTW, where do you think is best for Technical jobs...Thanks Qorax!!
