Could anyone explain to me what "3rd party" means here...as given in work experience column of checklist.

Note: Self-employed individuals must provide documentation from 3rd party individual(s) indicating the service provided along with payment details. Self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable evidence of work experience.

Hey qorax,

Do we need to declare currency below 10000 cad....as i am taking 7000 CAD cash and 8000 CAD DD....
Waiting for your reply
Harsh

1. No, if it's <$10K* cash+draft+whatever mode.
2. Declaration doesn't affect anything, so why the worry?

Hi Qorax,
My wife received her medical request today. She and me have separate files in process. We both have received medicals. I have informed the visa office of my marital status change and they asked me to tell them which file to withdraw.

Now my question is : Can/Should my wife do her medicals now or should we wait for another medical request for the integrated application ?

Please reply soon.

Which is the "integrated apps"? Have u "added" one to another's file, any one?

If she does her meds:
1. Both of ur visas will be validated from the day of her meds.
2. If u haven't "added" urself into her file yet, it'd take some time... By then her meds might be nearing expiry. Which'd create landing probs for u guys.

I have received visa few days back. The problem is that my spouse's COPR(client copy) has been exchanged with someone named xxxx by visa office. The information on COPR (cic copy with spouse's photo) is correct and no amendment is required.
What should i do? I need ur advice.
Thanxs in advance.

Hi,

This'd look like a std response.

No two cases r the same... there could be very many variants between two similar looking apps. Besides, there could be different perceptions between different reviewing officers, while some cases could be h/over to external agencies for verification of some aspects, causing a delay.

Hang in there, u should be fine eventually.

Good luck.

Dear Sir, (Qorax)

Thanks for your kind reply.

It means its a std proces till now?

i want to ask 1 littile thing, there is any chance of rejection in AEO cases if you have low scoring IETLS (5.5) or any other thing before medical.

thanks & regards

Dear Captain Qoarx
Good day sir

I am worried about my international passport I obtained  a new passport  entirely different from the passport I used initialy when I submitted my application to novia scotia. I told my lawyer to send an update the visa office but to my greatest suprise they didn't and now  my medical request forms are out and I need to do medicals

Can I go ahead n use the passport for medicals I mean the one that was not updated and communicated to the visa office or the first passport that I used for application in novia scotia  bt hv been canceled  would it delay my application process or cause problems for me

Secondly if one has been denied visa several times on his passport by other coiuntries can it affect the person from getting the permanent residence visa in canada

Lastly is there any other means of Identification one can use durning medicals to identify ones self.

Pls answer me I just hve five days left to do my medicals.

I have exp as records management specialist as self emplyed and a company was my client i used to look after their records.. So in my case the experince letter should be from the company for which i rendered my services or that company's clients?
