thank you very much qorax, yes will do that.

another thing, that i want, sorry for many queries,

Since we are gathering documents (authority of our appointment, positions, designation such as Special Orders, General Orders, etc) there's again another one which is conflict. My husband was designated (additional duty) as a supply officer which he included in the certificate of employment submitted to CEM during our full documents submission last year.

now, its another mistake, because the inclusive date that he wrote in the certificate of employment is for example April 01, 2010 to October 01, 2010. But in his Designation Order is February 25, 2010 to August 25, 2010. meaning its not the same but its the same as 6 months.

its a clerical error or a human error. because we have all our orders as our guide when we are filling up our application.

My question is:

1. WE DECIDED TO PUT NOW IN THE "MILITARY SERVICE DETAILS" THE RIGHT DATE OF THAT DESIGNATION BECAUSE IT IS THE CORRECT ONE. will it cause for the visa officer to refuse as? since a total of 2 mistakes from our application form to our military service details?
      a. one is the rank which was not updated; and
      b. is the date of one of his additional duty which is not the same from the application form to the military service details form.

2. is our case (made mistakes) are rare? or are there some applicants also made mistakes the same with us? what happened to their application?

many many thanx again.

please give time to enlighten us again.

1. Write the correct dates in the mil.questionnaire and post script it in brackets as, "erroneously dates jumbled in the application".
2. There shouldn't be any issues b'coz of that.

Hi,

This'd look like a std response.

No two cases r the same... there could be very many variants between two similar looking apps. Besides, there could be different perceptions between different reviewing officers, while some cases could be h/over to external agencies for verification of some aspects, causing a delay.

Hang in there, u should be fine eventually.

Good luck.

Hi,

1. U could expect ur meds within 3-5 months from May-12.
2. I avoid responding to points' count queries due to obvious reasons.
3. Ur case is looking good. U shouldn't have any issues with ur eligibility.

Good luck.
