Respected forum members, please guide me that i have been asked to submit my new born documents(copy of passport,150cad DD,birth certificate and updated forms),me and my wife medicals did in feb2012. London chc has given me 30 days to submit all these. but i have to take more time from LVO.will it effect on my case or should i have to write email for more time? i will for your comments.   Regards

If u need more time to submit them - u better intimate ur IO reg. it asap. B'coz, after the deadline date ur file'd be kept at abeyance, and they might chose to ignore it altogether inordinately too. Meaning? -Unnecessary delays.

I know that already bored u with my questions but I need your advice.
My newborn son passed medical in March and till today I don't hear from my embassy.
I had sent them 3 e-mail regarding medical delivery to the VO but they never replied me back.
How do u think what problem can be? Why they still did not sent me PPR? Already 7 weeks passed...

Until July last week... continue waiting for updates.

CHC's are awaiting for Visa targets and the same will be released on or after 1st July, 2012.

My MR , PPR and RPRF already with NDVO from 24 April.
Please anyone tell how much time they take to send remedical as i had previous history of TB  but now everything is fine.
I already disclosed my TB issue to my DMP .
But somewhere i read in these fourum that they may send you further test or sometimes they only wants the prevoius test reports  and old CXR to clarify the traetment. if they send request for further test then it may take another 2months and if they wants only old reports then it may be take less time.
Anyone can guide me about my confusions.

i applied for PRC in June 2009 to Islamabad-Pakistan under arranged employment category. My ecas history is as under

We received your application for permanent residence on June 18, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August 20, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on September 1, 2009. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 20, 2011.

on 28th july 2011 they send me a letter to subimt some documents including IMM0008 and new Background/declaration form for me and my family. i submited on time within a month.

on 21st dec 2011 they asked me to submit a ref letter of my present company. i submit within two weeks. since then they did not reply me until on 23rd april 2012 VO call to our HR manager for Confirmation that i m still working in the same organization and our HR dept confirm it.

Now here i want to tell you 1 thing that my brother also applied for the same one month earlier to me and he got PR last month after Medical and everything.

I am working in Kuwait since 2008 and i applied for PR From Pakistan.

but i am still waiting for medical or anything else from VO.


kindly help me in this matter about the cause of delay.

Around Oct-12 ur file would come out of the "wait queue" thereafter, within 3-5 months u should be hearing from them, with either meds or an ADR.

Relax. It takes a month or two. Pls given them time to work on it.

my case is very simmilar to u . i have also aeo and close dates like u. last message i got from vo on 26 april file with vo for review but before this vo always rote "awating for rewiew" and this time vo replied me within 48 hours but previous replies alway after 10-15 days let us hop for the better

please spent again ur minute to read my querries

we are now finalizing our “COMPLETE DETAILS OF MILITARY SERVICE”, and now we are again in some doubt, because I know you are aware that military officers has also additional/collateral/special duties aside from primary duties. For example your primary duty is an operations officer or the chief admin officer but at the same time you have collateral duties as a supply officer, or a budget officer, or a member of a Project Management Team or a Technical Working Group of some projects.

My question is:
1.   are we going to include that additional/special/collateral duties in our DETAILS OF MILITARY SERVICE FORM?
Because in our application we just put their our primary duties only.
Since concerning to the dates in assuming the primary and collateral duties is not the same, your primary duty is the longest date but your collateral sometimes will last for only months.
2.   Another thing, my husband had undergone schooling and he was only detached service, meaning he was not relieved to his unit neither relieved to his position, because he also perform his job even undergoing his schooling (3 months schooling). Are we going to include that schooling in the DETAILS OF MILITARY SERVICE?
Our consultant advised us not to include the additional/collateral/special duties for the reason that the visa officer will be confused on the dates and it might cause for the visa officer to required us another documents which will cause to delay. However, we are thinking that collateral/additional duties are also considered in the military service.  That's whys we want it to be included, since if Canadian embassy will require us proof we can provide proof.
Please advise and enlighten us, we have only given 30 days to submit.
