That's the catch-22 situation with our cases (ex-military officers')... They need to perform b/g checks with everyone, but they can't do so, in the traditional way, with our cases, b'coz MOD will never respond to them. Which is why the IOs will rely on our "direct responses" and the docs we submit... Which causes inordinate delays for us.

Rejection: No, on these grounds. But Delay: Yes.

thats what im thinking, because unit heads cant answere queries regarding their personnel since they are busy people. but it can in the personnel department however their should be an official communication.

its okay for the delay of visa issuance.

really appreciate ur inputs, now i can breath.

Hi,

Your informations are superb,,, i am new to your thread,,, i am a social worker,i would like to move to vancouver (PR visa - under process).I have 5 months old baby girl added as my dependent.  My query is, is that must to take the dependent child with me for landing in Canada (at 1st time). I  would like to take her after some months while i settled in vancouver, is that possible,,, would you tell me the possibilities of a social worker in Vancouver

i am dentist by profession...NOC 3113. with 2+ years of work ex.
i have applied under NOC 3222(dental therapist) and shown 1st year of my work ex as dental therapist(noc 3222) and remaining as dentist(noc 3113).
IELTS- full 16 pts
age- 10 pts
education- 20 pts
relative- 5 pts
QUESTION IS WORK EX- SHOULD I COUNT AS 17 POINTS(2 YEARS) OR 15 POINTS( 1 YEAR ) HuhHuh??

U get points for every work tenure u have (in the last 10-yrs) - whether it's in ur NOC or otherwise. It's only for eligibility that u need 1-yr's exp in the applied NOC.

am new on ds site,dis FSW is really giving me headache,have been on it since 2010,i applied last year but my application was declined starting that my occupation is not in the NOC listed,

Am a certified sap consultant and also a certified project manager but my job title is implementation manager at where i work.

is it posible for me to re-apply and change my job tiltle,cos the duties listed in NOC 1122 (Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management) is what i do,and i even listed the duties in my previous application.


please advice me on what to do
