Dear Seniors,

I have got the visa stamped with few months left for landing, but want to do the baby's delivery in home country. If i retured the stamped visas as well as all docs they sent, what will be the process afterwards and the estimated time for new visas (including the bew baby).

It'd actually be wise to have the delivery in Canada, saves u lot of time & efforts, besides the baby gets to be a Canadian from day-1.

Else, u r required to write to ur IO, surrender ur COPR+PRVs, "add" the baby into ur case file, pay addnl processing fees, await his/her meds, give it a few more months and then get fresh PPR. That'd take u around 3-5 months from the day u submit the baby's complete docs.

At least visa is stamped, will try to contact them Monday to have them rush PP back if possible due to my circumstances.

My FSW1 file is in process since nov '11.(appliied in march '11).
in between i applied for work permit in jan12 and got it.
planning to go canada next month.
should i inform NDVO before going there or inform afterwards.

1)-I sent an e mail to CHC London 2 days back in which i have asked the status of my application and asked for the update on my recently submitted documents and medicals n today i have received their reply which is as follows......

2)-The other thing that i would like to ask qorax that i had 23,364US$ in my account when i sent mt updated docs one year back to CHC london..now as i ve purchased my house here so i consumed that amount. Will CHC ask for the bank statement again or varify from bank?or intimate me first........???how they will go with regards to bank funds?

1. U should give 3-5 months from the meds to receive ur PPR.
2. After meds it's unlikely that the IO'd request fresh POF. However, u'll need it while landing.

Now my application had already two and half months. So my Bank draft is expires on 7th of May (3 month validity). So what should I do? If they start processing after that I will get my application back. (As the same thing happen previously also)

Shall I sent fresh draft?

Dear Qorax,
As a FSW1 2151, are there any obligations after landing to work in that field, or is there any need for a proof to work in that field in order to maintain our PR and apply eventually for residency?
I was told some catogories such as Enterpuneurs or investors, have to have some kind of proofs in order to be able to keep their Pr and get their residency!!!

Any feedback on the above is highly apprciated

Can anyone please clear the below mentioned:


We received your application for permanent residence on October 24, 2011.
 
We started processing your application on February 7, 2012.
 
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


Does it mean the decision has been made to issue visa or reject file. The above written three lines are the status of a file. No mail has been sent confirming receipt of documents by Centralized Intake Unite, Canada; no letter has been sent, no medical has been request, no Right of landing fee has been asked to deposit till now. We were not having our application number till today, we got it just in a reply from New Delhi VO. They are saying they do not have any record of our application and in reply they send a number which when put in to check the client application status, they only got to know about the above status.

Is it possible that CIO, NS, Canada can made decision without sending us any mail or asking us anything. The application number has been generated but we are not intimated. The application has been processed and decision has been made.

Can anyone explain, what could be the story.

I got an email from CHC in Nairobi saying "Your application is nearing completion", they are saying like that for 3 months. I went through an interview on September 2011, medicals on October 2011.

I have applied for FSW-1 in year of Oct-2010.That time i had fulltime one year experience,and currently i am working with the same company with the same job title.Now i am planning to move India for 6 months for family emergency.

Do i have to continue my job with the same field? either USA or in India? or that's fine.

Is there any bad impression on my PR file?

I have received my Medical request in Mach, 2012 and medical completed in April, 2012. I haven't include my new bron son in my application and now i am going to add him.

please advise/ suggest what would be the response of LVO to add my son after my medicals.
