My application was received by CHC London in April 2010 , and my e-cas is "In-Process" since May 2011 , and till date waiting for any communication etc
How much time will I have to wait for results , and what stages are completed in while e-cas is "In-Process"
I am getting frustrated and worried

Ur apps was on hold for 2-yrs, it's part of their std drill with 2010 apps. It'd be out of the wait-queue now... This yr (2012) is ur deciding yr. Pls have patience. |

How do we check with the VO on this? Can you send a specific enquiry on this issue? Ours is NDVO. IF we send a specific enquiry on this issue would they respond?

Hi, Firstly, Pls check the VO specific instructions in the CIC website... Then, if not found, u may contact ur IO... it's not a as verse issue, u may contact them and most of the time they'd reply as well. Good luck. Qorax |

is there a way to find result directly without agent.
We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on January 27, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

This is my 2nd knock to you , actually still today i haven't got any update to my E case status (still showing pending review ) and become little bit frustrated cause many applicants got real in process after sent their updated doc to svo , but i don't know why mine is not started , could you please tell me about my current situation and your opinion about my status . you can see details on the left side , waiting for your valuable response ,

I got married on April 14. My wife and me both have applied in May 2010 under FSW category. My file recently got transfered to LA visa office and it says " they started processing on April 13, 2012. My wife's app is not transfered and still says RBVO.
My question is that if I receive a medical request from Los Angeles soon, should I or can I add my wife as a dependent and send her medicals and other forms as well ? Or do you suggest we wait for her application to be processed independently ?

"Add" her asap into ur case file... U r supposed to do that imdt on being wedded.
And ditto should be done by her (for her apps). |
