2010 cases have a 2-yr wait queue. Around Mar-12 ur file has come out of it, now it'd take a while to complete the b/g checks. By this yr-end u could expect ur meds.

Regrets, I couldn't understand ur twin queries.

1. people says, PEBC document evaluation to be done before we apply fr FSW (New rule of july 2012)- ur opinion plz, since i need to prepare for the same.
2. preparation of work experience-i worked in 3 companies. shall i keep same format for all companis experience letters. i need to send them the content of the letter, to the concern person.(what i need in the experience letter as per cic requirement.)

did i convey properly. plz reply.

Dear Qorax,
I have applied in FSW1 category on April 30, 2010 and got my 2nd AOR on 10th January, 2011. But still my ecas shows RBVO (since last 1yr). I am really loosing hopes to get in-process/MR in upcoming months . Could you please suggest me whether I should withdraw my file immediately and re-apply in coming July 2012 or I should wait for some time? Looking for your valuable suggestion.

1. I'm not aware of the subject.
2. It'd be obvious that each ref letter should be unique. Tweak them as different from each other as possible.

1. For submitting a fresh application u do not need to w/draw the current one.
2. This yr (2012) is the deciding yr for 2010 applications.

Dear Qorax,

I have recieved a letter from CHC London. It states that my application has been reviewed and found to be eligible for further processing. And they will be advising us for nexts processing steps in 6 to 12 months time. They have also returned our original docs. What does this means status wise
Details as follows
NOC                                                                   0111

fisrt AOR  (acknoweledgment of Receipt)                  15 April 2010

Second AOR (after submission of Compelete Doc)      20 Oct 2010

Inprocess with Date                                              16 March 2012

Eligibility review Letter                                          22 march 2012   ( Is it 3rd AOR?)

Should I request for CAIPS ?

Regards

I don't think most will make it in 1-yr anymore. Things r in transition with CIC, thus delays should be expected.

This is a std letter most r getting currently. This, kind of, assures u that u r in the right track, but expect delays.

Sir, I don't think ur pkg is lost in transit. Not everyones b/g checks take the same or similar timeframe. Pls wait some more & then shoot a specific query to ur IO.
