Dear friends I need your advice on this. I got this letter from NDVO Dear xxxx xxxx
This is refers to your application for admission to Canada.
In order for us to continue the processing your application, we require the followings:
Complete or provide proof of completion of the immigration medical examination yourself and spouse/ common –law partner. This must be received at this office by 03/30/2012.
Pay the right of Permanent Residence fee yourself and spouse/ common-law partner. This must be received at this office by: 03/30/2012
Complete Marriage Questionaire for yourself. This must be received a t this office by 03/30/2012.
Marriage photos for your self. Provide photo of weeding reception, ceremony and casual photos. This must be received at this office by: 03/30/2012.
From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for you self and spouse. From India, UK, Philippines this much be received at this office by 03/30/2012.
INDIAN MAILING ADDRESS. We do not mail passport outside INDIA/ NEPAL/ BHUTAN.

I AM SO SCARED AND WORRIED WHETHER I SHOULD SEND PASSPORT WITH COVER LETTER NOT OR WAIT FOR THEIR REQUEST? ?? I DECIDED TO TAKE ADVICE FROM ALL OF YOU BEFORE I TAKE ANY DECISION. I HOPE YOU GUIDE ME. Dear Pratik, Generally, they are sending PP request together with medical. but if they have not specify in your letter you can wait till CHC request. OR Second suggestion is your RPRF is en-cashed and Medical line is updated in your e-cas. so you can send your PP with cover letter. |

Dear Pratik,
Generally, they are sending PP request together with medical. but if they have not specify in your letter you can wait till CHC request.
OR
Second suggestion is your RPRF is en-cashed and Medical line is updated in your e-cas. so you can send your PP with cover letter.
HI, thanks for your reply. I have checked my DD was en-cashed end of March but not exact date. My e-case status is still same... " we started processing your file on 3rd Feb 2012" Do you think your second suggestion is suitable for me in this situation? Thnaks Pratik |

U know, every chap who's with a consultant is also on these forums, for their queries. Surprising, isn't it? While it's those consultants who actually should be answering them... they had taken a fee for it, didn't they?

We passed our medicals in November 2011 and in March my newborn son did his medical as well.
How do u think when can we expect passport request? When can we start count days form November or March. My embassy is Ankara.

Dear Qorax,
How are you?
We received PPR, and sent our passports to Warsaw VO on April 12th.
Wife is pregnant and due August 12th. We need to Land three months in advance to have the delivery covered by health insurance. which means we should be landing first week of May at the latest.(critical timing)
Should we contact our VO next week, and inform them about our situation in order to have them expedite the issuance of the landing visa? or will it delay our process further?
any help on the above is highly appreciated?

Hi, Unfortunately spouse's pregnancy will not elicit any expedited results on the PRV front. However, u r likely to receive ur visas by May-12, thus u'd possibly make it as per ur plan. Good luck. Qorax |
