Dear Qorax

Urgent help required !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


my e case is in In process with started processing on 23 Feb 2012 and then I was requested to sent new photographs of family
which I sent and were received by CHC Ldn on in Feb 2012  from then I am waiting !!
other people who got the same request have received Medicals! As now days CHC LDN is sending medicals requests through regular post I fear that my packet is lost !

I am have been  sending email inquiries to CHC ldn but get  the required response and Now I fear that I may cross any time limit which is given with medical or update request !!!
Please let me know how should inform this to CHC and also ask them to re Issuance medical request ??

Question for you.

I completed my medicals on 21.02.2012 and sent the PCCs and Driver's History Certs to VO on 01.03.2012 which were delivered the next day.

Our Meds go to Singapore for Interpretation and are then sent to the VO.

What, in your opinion, is going on now?

Any estimate on when i will be getting PPR ?

Are there any chances for an Interview ?

Your response will be much appreciated

Dear Qorax,

I ve asked my bank with regards to my demand draft of my RPRF which i sent 1 month back to CHC london. They are saying that my DD is still UNPAID. According to my CAIPS notes my BFD was 5-04-2012.

Can ya pls analyse the scenario? n guide that how long they will take to en cash my DD and ask for PPRs?
I am a May, 2004 applicant originally. CHC asked for an update in 2010 then they sent me medical request in Jan, 2012 and updated forms and asked me to submitt my RPRF and updated PCCs. Their required documents dispatched and they have recieved them on 20th March, 2012...
I got my Caips notes in February and pls find below few extracts from my CAIPS notes....... They have eneterd the positive selection decision on Jan,01, 2012 and awarded me 70 points already according my CAIPS notes.

MY CASE HISTORY:
I ve already sent the following on the instructions........
1) Updated forms IMM0008 and background decleration forms of myself n spouse.
2) updated Police certificates for myself n spouse.
3) RPRF of myself n spouse.
4) CHC london sent me medical forms as well and instructed to go for me n my family's medicals.

I have arranged everything, conducted the medicals and sent all the updated info. i sent the updated info as well as RPRF draft through DHL to CHC london which delivered on 8th march, 2012.
while DMP dispatched completed medical forms on 15th March, 2012 and it delivered in CHC london on 21st March, 2012.

so everything uptill now is said n done according to their instructions i hope.


MY BRFD WILL BE 04-04-2012 TO VO.ACC. TO MY CAIPS NOTES......

Dear Qorax,
I have applied in FSW1 category on April 30, 2010 and got my 2nd AOR on 10th January, 2011. But still my ecas shows RBVO (since last 1yr). I am really loosing hopes to get in-process/MR in upcoming months . Could you please suggest me whether I should withdraw my file immediately and re-apply in coming July 2012 or I should wait for some time? Looking for your valuable suggestion.

but its okay life is all about ups-downs and speed breakers.
well according to situation main reson behind rejection is backlog.
In rejection letter immigration officer said in first paragraph that he reviewed mine job contracts and experience letters.But in second paragraph he is saying that i hadn't submitted mine job letters and duty descriptions. But I have submitted them. so i asked my consultant to make an appeal. He did so on 31 march.so thats it. no reply yet.
so please advise.

What do u think the reason could be? I am really sorry for this.

Follow captain qorax advice,this forum is very helpful.if i had known this before i would hv done it on my own.

Bec of time constraint and less knowledge, i had applied thru consultant and im regretting now.i knew i will get file no.  and i also was aware that i will get into process.my profession was( and still) in demand list, my papers were clear but still i went thru consultant paying huge amt.wht i got in return-- humiliation,my calls r very rarely answered by concerned person,although i call very rarely and speak to the point.im not given enough info concerned to my file and many more.......im keeping my nerves under check, i knew i hv endured a lot.im keeping mum as i hv commited and i dont want to mess up with them.

Im stuck,my sincere adv to all new applicants is to do it on ur own,there r many magnanimous beings on this forum who will guide u till the end.i salute to all, who help people here selflessly.

U know, every chap who's with a consultant is also on these forums, for their queries. Surprising, isn't it? While it's those consultants who actually should be answering them... they had taken a fee for it, didn't they?

SOME OF MY FRIENDS SAY THAT I NEED TO SEND PASSPORT AS THEY GENERALLY REQUEST PASSPORT WITH LANDING FEES BUT AS YOU CAN SEE THE LETTER, THERE IS NO PASSPORT REQUEST.

I AM SO SCARED AND WORRIED WHETHER I SHOULD SEND PASSPORT WITH COVER LETTER  NOT OR WAIT FOR THEIR REQUEST???

Good day qorax!

We passed our medicals in November 2011 and in March my newborn son did his medical as well.
How do u think when can we expect passport request? When can we start count days form November or March. My embassy is Ankara.
