That's b'coz u r a 2009 applicant... Ur case is locked for 3-yrs... it'd be opened after this wait pd... as per ur timeline expect it to come up for the initial review of ur IO in Aug/Sep-2012.

thanks captain but i observe almost every applicant of 2009 gets any update or at least processing date in e-status means acceptance of job duties and point calculation has been completed but only my case is left |

Usually after meds and with pps sent after PPR it's rare that anyone could get rejected, unless there's a security issue - but that's with all VOs except CHC-ND. In ur case u have still a 50:50 situation b'coz ND starts their major work after the meds+pps, it's the only VO who combines both. Qorax |

Yes, but it'd be only around 3-yrs, couple of months here-n-there with all VOs, but not in ur case. The Isb/Ldn cases have a different timeframe & queue in CHC-Ldn, which unfortunately is longer. |

Qorax wt do u mean by major work after the meds+pps u mean all job duties letter check after that or something else.

1. If the VO haven't asked - u might not send. IMHO, it's not required.
2. Check with ur agent what new docs [on relationship] he's talking about. If u have already sent those - u don't need to again.

Thanks....Agent/consultant wrote the letter by himself, to get ready for the upcoming possible requests from LVO....And fortunatly lvo asked almost everything except POF and updated relation proof docs.... Yes, why not. As long as u meet the indiv. requirement of each stream - u could safely move an apps under that, notwithstanding what was the situation with another/previous apps of urs. Qorax |

Hi Qorax,
First, thanks for reading this. I applied last year and was refused because we were not able to proved the genuity of our common-law relationship. I took IELTS again to get 67 points even without my partner's points (which is a success). I submitted my application on March 19 and CIC got it on MARCH 23, I got a PER on April 3, 2012... yeah. it is really quick. I check my online status in their website and I was surprised to see there my old (first) application's details and another line for the new one... The new one says, IN PROCESS (w/o details) and the second line is Decision Made (with all the details of my old appliction). Is this normal? Should I worry? I hope to hear from you Qorax. Thanks.

dear Qorax,
can I apply for canadian FSW ,have the required education and work experience in demand list? LIVING IN USA FOR LAST THREE YEARS.
and presently out of status ,but entered legally and stayed legally for one year. and presently not working and never worked in USA. but has worked in home country
1 Can I apply?
2 Present status in US will matter ?
3 not working in US , so how he surviving ? will this question arise ? ( as staying with family )
PLEASE clear my doubtS ON THIS ISSUE..........should i apply for canadian FSW?
