Dear Qorax....
I was being asked from my consultant, to provide new docs to claim 5 points of relative.
Consultant asked this via post ON 1ST feb 2012
And today I saw the letter from old newspaper box.
where as ecas states processing started on 24th feb 2012.
And issued med,pcc,updated forms,RFRP but have not asked in that letter to provide proof of relation.
I have already sent them my med and other docs....
What seniors suggest
Should I send them the proof of relation, or not, as they have not asked in the letter, and have issued the meds.

You should send all the updates what have happened in your case along with the updates visa office required. |

1. If the VO haven't asked - u might not send. IMHO, it's not required.2. Check with ur agent what new docs [on relationship] he's talking about. If u have already sent those - u don't need to again. Qorax |

what does it mean?
IN caips
FILE TO ICR TO TAKE FEE THEN TO AXB TO PUT PUT AWAY IN PPS QUEUE.
ICR = Immigration Cost Recovery AXB = initials of staff PPS = Point of Paper Screening |

My Consultant received a letter dated on 23 March 2012, from London Visa Office saying that "file has been reviewed by an officer and found to be eligible for further processing.We anticipate being able to advise you of the next processing in 6 to 12 months time.
Please note that your application is still subject to admissibility checks and verifications that are deemed necessary .You should not take any irrevocable action such as selling your property,quitting job, .....,
Please do not make any case status requests during next 12months as they will not be answered"
What is this means? E status remains the same pending for review -inside and out side in process.
Kindly let me know what they might have reviewed at this time? Points might have given or not? How long more it could take?

Hi Qorax,
First, thanks for reading this. I applied last year and was refused because we were not able to proved the genuity of our common-law relationship. I took IELTS again to get 67 points even without my partner's points (which is a success). I submitted my application on March 19 and CIC got it on MARCH 23, I got a PER on April 3, 2012... yeah. it is really quick. I check my online status in their website and I was surprised to see there my old (first) application's details and another line for the new one... The new one says, IN PROCESS (w/o details) and the second line is Decision Made (with all the details of my old appliction). Is this normal? Should I worry? I hope to hear from you Qorax. Thanks.

Getting a reply depends on 2 things :---One, the quality of ur query. If it's about process stage & when we'd get this or that - they might not reply; -Two, their time constraints. If they r over burdened - they might ignore queries altogether. |
