I just want to convey this message to everyone as Sadqa-e-Jaria. One of my cousin got lung cancer few months back. That was really shocking to all his family members. Cancer diagnosed was of stage three. Immediately treatment was started from Pakistan most of the art hospital for cancer i.e. Shoukat Khanum Hospital in Lahore. But there were little chances to reverse the disease as it's already reached to stage 3.Than one day somebody told us about a person who is treating cancer by herbs. We went there and he gave us some herbal medicines for ten days. It was really amazing when we saw an improvement in the condition of my cousin in just three days after taking the medicine. After using the medicine for one month, there is no such thing as cancer in his CT report. The doctors of S.K Hospital are really amazed and they talked to the person on phone.(Person who gave us medicine). I'm posting this add because if even a single human life is saved because of me will be a great honor for me. The name of that person is Mushtaq Khan sb, living in Risalpur Pakistan. His Mob#0344-9728499.He is not charging a single penny from the patients and giving the medicines free.
I will request everyone to send this message to your contacts and if we are able to save some one life it's like we saved whole humanity.
I know this is not a proper forum for such things but I just want to save some one's life.

I am a pre-june applicant and recently got my status changed to 'IN PROCESS'. The LDN VO has asked me to send updated PCC from Pakistan, in addition to the other standard requests (New Forms+RPRF+MR). I have  concerns:
At this stage either they have calculated my points or not?
pls seniors reply

It, most likely, has been done.

Dear Qorax,

Yesterday by god's grace we received our passports stamped with the Canadian PR. Thanks for your guidance.

I have a few queries hope you address them:

1) Once our formalities are done can I send back my son ( he is 6 months old) to India and call him after 2/3 years? Does he need to be physically present  in Canada for the stipulated period to get Citizenship?

2) Does the Principal Applicant need to work for all the stipulated period of time to procure citizenship or can he/she study in Canada?

3) Can the Principal Applicant undertake any job or is it mandatory to work only in the mentioned NOC?

Congrats !

1. Yes, u can. Kids do not require the residency ties for citizenship. But why would u like to do that? Won't it be difficult for u to stay away from ur baby? Ditto for him as well.

2. Not required. Once a PR s/he [anyone in the family] is free to do/pursue whatever s/he desire.

3. Ditto as above.

All the best!

Dear Quorax,

I'm new with this forum.I just want asked if how long it will take to process of permanent residence apply here in the Phil. My husband is a caregiver in Canada and he applied his permanent residence last July 2010 and he received his open permit last Nov 2011 according to the letter we should received our medical request fron the canadian embassy here in the Phil after 3 months. My kids and I had already submit our application last March 2011 and they request an additional document of my baptismal certicate last July 2011.I also had a follow up thru mail status of our application but until now I have not received any reply.According to Ecas they received our application last March 2011.That's the only info we got.

How long it will take this to process? Our Kids is longing for their father.Need to know what to do next?

Hope to hear from you.

By the way my husband is at Ontario Canada.

Thank you.

This yr, 2012, is the decisive yr for 2010 applicants. He is likely to get his meds by 24 months to the day of his 2nd AOR.

Good luck!

Dear Qorex

I am from Bangladesh. My NOC is 4152. I applied on 27th of January-2011, Received mail that means " Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010. '' Your application will be forwarded to the visa office for further processing.

End of the April-2011 received acknowledgement letter from SGVO. My ecase shows RBVO from first week of May-2011. Long time waiting for further response from VO. I am feeling too much tensed also. Is it in track? Can you guess when will get final decision about my application? Waiting reply from you.

Your case is moving well... by Apr-12 u r likely to receive meds or Addnl Docs Request.

Good luck!

Dear Qarax,

Well i m so much greatful for ur prompt and kind reply earlier. I wanna have ur kind opinion again in a matter..........

When i went to DMP for the medical of me n my family, everything goes smooth but when i was leaving the office of DMP. He said that the passport of me n my spouse looks great but my kids passports..........There is error that Passport office puts their given name in the box of surname so he said that at the PPR level.it might not be ok with ya so ya better have them corrected before the ppr stage.........

what is ur valued opinion?Qarax.......

Kind regards,

Rehan

No issues there... it won't make any difference to ur case processing. U could 'correct' that once u receive the UIS [Updated Information Sheet] alongwith ur PPR, later.

1. Yes, they most likely, have done that.
2. Deposit the funds asap and Start maintaining at least 75% of the required funds in ur a/c till u land.
3. PCCs r country specific, not city-wise. U require ONE fresh PCC 'only' from ur country.
4. RPRF is for all 'adult' family members. U make the draft payable in Canada, but submit it to ur VO.

Good luck!

Dear Qorax,

The hours that qualify for full time work experience is 37.5 hrs per week as per the cic website. However, i had 39 hours/week of the same. But i did this job as a part timer during my master'S degree...so is my work experience sufficient for canada visa? Apart from this i have 4.5 years of exp in others fields. But the one stated above is the noc required title.
