1. Job titles aren't important. As long as u meet the JDs of the NOC - u r good.
2. Maintain ur funds as per CIC's requirement till meds. Thereafter, u could keep 75%. But u'd need more to carry while landing.

1- I sent only copies of my work experience and a cademic degrees to CIO and I got PER and they said they will forward my application to visa office, London,
shall i resent a true notorised copies to london visa office now or wait for them to give me 2AOR and ask me to update my documents then i can sent it.

2- My wife` PCC have a wrong date of birth on the certificate,shall I also reapply for another one and send it along with the true copies or wait as well a request for update from London visa office....

1. Exp docs were required to go in originals; while the edn docs were required in notarized copies. If u haven't done that - send them asap [under a cover letter - with ur CIC file ref. No.].

2. Doesn't matter. Wait for their query, if at all, then act on it.

thanks for ur reply.....i already sent an original work reference but the work duties i sent is just a copy as my employer dont give original job description only a xerox copy with no letter head or stamp,only on the paper`s margine written HR and fax number,i notorized that copy.....will be enough to resend.....although the previous one i sent was just a xerox copy and CIO passed it....thanks.

PEBC ASKING FOR PHARMACIST document Evaluation Fees through Credit Card and have returned Bank Draft, and PEBC also have announced on its website that PEBC is facing difficulty in processing Bank Draft.

After getting my Visas,I have applied for Document Evaluation to PEBC, for my Pharmacy Degree, with payment of 530 CAD$  BY Bank Draft, but now through Email PEBC,has informed me that they are unable to process  Bank Draft, AND HAVE RETURNED BANK DRAFT,so they have asked for submission of my document Evaluation  Fees ON LINE through Credit Card, while at present I do not have any credit card and I don't expect that I will be able to gain any credit card before the deadline of Submission of Fees as last date for submission of Fees is 05-04-2012,I am a resident of Pakistan (Karachi), More over no source like Money Gram or Western union send out money in such way as asked by PEBC, THEY TRANSFER MONEY FROM PERSON TO PERSON and NOT to any institution like PEBC, If any one have any experience and knowledge, then please guide me for submission of Fees.

I am a pre-Juner (noc 0213) CHC Lon. applicant got rejection letter saying that I am not eligible for processing and stating that the VO is not satisfied that I am actually a IT manager, despite of sending detailed reference letter from my employer. Now I am thinking of requesting for re-consideration of my case.
Does it worth to do that? and secondly can I do that by sending a mere E-mail to the program manager requesting to do the same?

U have 30 days [from the date of the rejection letter] to do that. And 60 days to approach the judiciary, if u wanted to. For the plea letter [30 days] an email would be Ok too, but remember: u got to have serious grounds [documentary proofs] to draw their attn towards ur exp claims.

I got a letter from Buffalo today to submit passports in person or by mail.In addition they just asked for 2 recent passport photographs of myself and accompanying family members + Heigh and eye colour for each member (sent a form for that).

I have a plan to drive to Buffalo counsellate from Toronto.Could i proceed with my landing the same day ?How ? Do i need to take any specific documents ( bank statements / job letter / T4 slips or anything else ) for landing.They didnt mention anything on the letter.

Will appreciate your guidance.

Please see below update in my file on E-CAS

We received your application for permanent residence on April 1, 2010. 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 7, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Accra office. They are pending review. 
We transferred your application to the Accra office on June 15, 2010. The Accra office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 10, 2012.


Actually sent the complete application package sometime in Sept 2010 and when I didn't hear anything back after a year I just sort of forgot the whole thing and moved on with life in general as the status was RBVO for God knows how long. I just got curious again sometime last month and looked at E-CAS and saw the new line of processing which sort of got me interested in the whole venture once again.
My questions are:
1.Will I be considered as Pre June 2010 candidate or after since my complete package was sent in Sept 2010?
2.If I am considered pre June 2010; the processing date of 22 months for Accra VO, will that be from June 15 2010 when the file was transferred or from Sept 2010 when my complete package was received?
3.What is the best estimate of a time line to expect MR?
4.What is the best estimate of time line to expect this whole process to come to an end? Is Sept 2012 realistic for one to expect to land or that is too huge a dream / expectation.

today i check my ecas and it change from inprocess to decision made and a line is also added to my ecas that a decision has been made on you application and the office will contact you about concerning decision. as i am waiting for ppr step 2 from 23 days .
