Hi Qorax,
My status has changes with new line " we start processing on 13 March, 2012" . But they send me a letter asking me to submit documents:
1. New IMM0008 form
2. New Background / Declaration form
3. New additional family form
4. Right of permanent residence fee
5. update police certificate
6. IMM5562 E form
please advise me that why the ask me to submit new forms again and right of permanent residence fee before Medical.

I am not new hear but still would like to ask a question.
We got email from VO for updated PCC and PRRF. Do you think how long will it take to get MR.Our VO is in Colombo.
AOR was lost on the way in 2010, will they consider it and may send us eMR or still MR will come by normal post only?

U had a docs request by around 4-months to ur apps, either that or a few weeks before was ur 2nd AOR. Which is around Mar/Apr-2010. U should give 3-yrs from that day to complete ur process. Med request usually come by regular mail [they have the original IMM1017S to send u see]. Qorax |

Dear Qorax, Thank you for your reply. I mean to say that after turning to "in Process" from Nov 2010 we have to wait 3 years or calculation starts from Dec 2009 ( the day of the first application). If they asked for updated PCC's and fees after 1year, means that they had completed back ground check, rite? regards, Marvik |

i changed my name after my marriage, but my passport has old name, i have marriage certificate fr name change proof, my problem is for PCC they said they can give on my passport name only. did i need to change my name in the passport. or the marriage certificate for cic. plz advice
