Sorry, though I am not Qorax, interested to write a bit about the issue.

Sometimes the Visa office decides based on the documents available in their hands. Moreover, we should try to make things easier for the visa officer for your fruits. So, its wise to send them the transcript now and send them with a cover letter.
Thank you deba

To start with, why don't u appraise ur IO about the correct/current situation?
Secondly, what r u presently doing [I meant ur occupation]?

a lawyer told me that if i should tell the IO that the owner died,it would be kind of suspicious and that means they do not have anything to reverify and will not be sure if the letter of employment is true or not at this stage..I dont know how true is that though..

-IO = Immigration Officer
-Info ur VO about ur earlier employer asap. And submit any [more] docs if u have reg. ur that occupation.
-That lawyer is talking bull... a genuine reason [if that is] shall remain ur best option, always.

ok.If i tell them that he died, what would the immigration officer do with my case..cos u know why,i applied as a skilled worker and that was the only experience i had when i applied..cos the immigration officer said since they could not verify my reference from my employer,it seems i wont be able to qualify under skilled worker..this is after 2yrs of processing and waiting and after doing my medicals with my spouse.MR was on feb 08,2012..and done.

 @  QORAX,
I have contacted the doctor that took over the hospital yesterday and he said he would write me a letter with the hospital letter headed and addressed to the canadian immigration in seattle with his contact number and email address for reference.I am hopeful that this would work out as planned. Please advice.
