Hi Qorax,
I really need your help as a senior.
I am a prejune applicant (NDVO) waiting for PR (FSW) since April 2010. But still my ECAS is showing RBVO (2nd AOR- Jan, 2011).
I don't know when CIC really starts to process my file.
My spouse is also fit under the FSW NOCs. Can we separately apply for PR (making my spouse as principle applicant) without withdrawing my current file?

Visa Office......: ND
NOC Code......: 0311
App. Filed.......: April 2010
Doc's Request.: 10/08/2010
AOR Received.: 10/01/2011
File Status: RBVO
Medical: Waiting.....

1. With ur 2nd AOR it is confirmed that ur file is under processing.
2. U can always move as many concurrent PR applications.

Definitely your wife can apply independently keeping you and others as dependents. Two files shall run separately. Don't get hesitated.

good day sir quorax, i have a question regarding  my e - cas, i reflects there that my address changed into BC burnaby when i got my visa and copr because that is what i wrote in my application but now we are going in ontario instead of BC , my question is that do i need to make an update regarding my address and will i got to have a problem in my copr because the adress is also BC burnaby , by the way fsw is my category. thank you so much

If u r a FSW applicant u'd have no issues in landing in any other province [incl offering another province's address], except @ Quebec.

Hi qorax:
One person got refused from VO of not having his transcript with the application, I got my AOR in June, 2011, but I sent my masters degree transcript but could not send my bachelors degree transcript wit full documents, I asked many people on this forum if I can send it now and most of the seniors recommended that I should wait for the VO for asking additional information because the VO office will not entertain additional documents at this stage, I am really confused and please somebody can advise me what to do.I will really appreciate this.
Thank you and patiently waiting for answer
