I need the help of experts  like Qorax and others  on this forum. I am about to apply for FSW programme, the  work experience  document I would  be  using is within the last 10years and falls  under the NOC category of the 29 occupation but  my present employer is not under the 29 occupation lists. My question is : is there any need to  also submit letter of reference from my  present employer even  though it is not under the occupation considered.Thanks.

Dear Quorax,

I got a NER today  cause i have not send my current emloyer experience letter with my duties included in it.

I have few questions

I am applying under NOC 3142 (i have 4 year experience but only 3 years count cause 1 year is before 10 years)

I have experience as a Hotel manager (Noc1122) but my experience is 11 months i am still working in the same field.

If i send back another experience letter as a hotel manager with my duties will i get the 2 points.(i am working in Canada on a work permit)

or  do u suggest for me to wait one more month till one year is fully finished or will i get points cause when they check my application it will be 1 year.(my employment letter says that i am working as a manager and i will get a permenant job as soon as i get my pr)

this what they send me

"
Your application was assessed based on the occupation(s) in which you requested assessment.  The table below sets out the points assessed for each of the selection criteria:

You have obtained insufficient points to qualify for immigration to Canada, the minimum requirement being 67 points.

You were assigned 20 points for your Bachelor of Physiotherapy educational credential.

You were assigned 16 points for your official language proficiency.  This assessment was based upon the language results on file.  No points were assigned for your second official language.

Although you have specified that you have Arranged Employment, no points were assigned for Arranged Employment.  The employment offer must be accompanied by a Human Resources Development Canada/Service Canada (HRSDC) confirmation letter and must correspond to skill type level 0, A or B of the National Occupation Classification (NOC).  Therefore, no points were assigned for arranged employment as per the requirements of regulation 82 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

You were assigned 19 points for 3 year(s) work experience.  The point assignment is based upon evidence of work experience with Care and Cure Physiotherapy Clinic, from January 2002 – June 2005. No points were assigned for your work experience from February 2001 – January 2002, as the period of employment was outside of the 10 year requirement. No points were assigned for your work experience with Downtowner Inn Toronto, as main duties were not provided in the employer letter.

U'll have to apply afresh.
