ITS VERY URGENT..REPLY REQUIRED.

i had my medical examination yesterday in Lahore.when i gave the urine sample i saw the attendant marking a cross against my name whereas marking the correct sign against the others.  when i asked him he didn't disclose anything just said that the strip result were vague.when i came back home i got my urine sample examined from an authentic lab and result was normal..just showing traces of protein.
Do you think this will be a problem in further process? please reply me,i am quite worried.

Any worthwhile DMP would have made u retake the urine tests [if traces were found] until it was cleared. And also notified u his/her report structure b4 u left them.

BTW, if the DMP's report goes negative in any a/c - u could be rejected on med grounds. While, if they report slight anomalies - u'd receive Med. Furtherance.

Hello
I hope that I find the subject of immigration advice
Where I made the migration to Canada in the London office in 2009
Where I holds a BA in Accounting in addition to 2 post Graduate Diplomas in Education (16 years of education)
I thought that my grades in education 22 according to these years of education.
And now came the reply rejecting the file I got my 66 degrees although I will get my Master (MBA) next month from Canadian university of Dubai next month after rejection of the file

Is it possible by law  to reopen the file after a month of rejection and consider the 5 master's degrees to become my grades 71
Please advise me what should I do and how you can help me
 Thanks.

Note: The file was revised on February 2, 2012 and The decision was made on February 6, 2012 without informing us that our score is not enough.

U have 30 days to contest ur rejection [outcome - slim chance of reopening] & 60 days to file a Judicial Review [outcome - 50:50].

Dear Qurax,

I have posted this on other threads....well again posting here for your good masterly opinion.
don't know how it would effect my file but just today that I have sent an e.mail updating the LVO to upgrade my info as i have switched my job and i am now relocated at UAE. Earlier I was in Pakistan but in beginning of February 2012 I have got an employment here in UAE and I am working here now on employment visa (3 years visa) .
Also I have asked them which documents they would need from my side to upgrade my file. Moreover I requested them that I don't intend to change my mailing address as the one i gave with the initial application is my permanent residence address and my family still lives there and they can receive any correspondence from CHC on my behalf
i am a pre-june applicant  under 4131 and my other details are herewith already. I would appreciate if you put forth  any suggestions for me. Much thanks.

Send them the Labr. Contract copy, Job Offer Letter & UAE residence stamped pps' page [legally translated].

Dear Qorax, Please answer

My medical was expired in Nov 2011 and I was Oct 2008 applicant under NOC 4131, Today I received  the following mail from London office

Dear Applicant,
In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.
Updated forms which are available on our website:

•   New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant
•   New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18

Original Police Certificates for yourself and each of your dependants that is 18 years old or more from each country that you or your dependants have lived in for 6 months or more.

If you already submitted police certificates with your application, you need to provide updated certificates for the countries that you and your dependants have lived in since the date you submitted your application.  We require the following:

•   Principal applicant: Pakistan
•   Spouse/Common-Law Partner: Pakistan

The message is quite obvious but still  my question is that whether i need to submit a fresh Police clearance certificate?

I will appreciate your answer

chsaeed

Yes, submit 'fresh' PCCs of Pakistan.

-U must deposit ur pps in ur VO [where ur case is being processed, CHC-London for u].
-U may send ur pps from anywhere to ur VO [any nation].
-Ur pps would return back at the address u provided in ur 'returning envelope', which u have send to ur VO with ur pps.
-Sending & receiving pps might be regulated by ur country from where u plan to send them to ur VO [e.g. India, u can't].

Dear Captain Qorax,

A lovely day to you and thanking you in advance for all smart answers as you deal with each and everyone here.

In compliance to CIC's requirements for COE's, I am not sure whether or not to include the following work experiences as it might suggest conflict of interest to the field that I wish to pursue i.e. Public Relations / Communications, of which I have been employed as for the past 4 and half years in Dubai. ( 2007- present).

Is it advisable to claim the below?
Customer Service Associate ( Call center) from 1994-2005 (10 yrs), Philippines
Call Center Specialist (US directory assistance) Jan-Nov 2006 ( 6 months), Philippines

You don't need to worried about it. Some time they do cross as marking. they use cross marking for point.

Gather Documents: Section: Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

As you have Arabic and at the same time its in English, no need to translate the doc. For details:

Dear Qorax,
as per your advice, i have decided to get Windmobile.
I checked their website and got to know that i can just buy the windmobile SIM card and use it to my previous handset that i brought from my homecountry.
if my handset supports the SIM, then i guess it's ok for few months...but i would like to get a good handset after couple of months. now, i am confused which set i should choose. some set shows $0 tab , some shows  199/249 $ Tab...what does this mean?

- do u think it's wise to go for 25/month voice plan?
anyway, i have another question posted here:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/cheapest-best-phone-internet-in-canada-t93418.0.html

Welcome to Canada !

1. Cellphone: It's always advisable to go with a 'non-contract' provider. That said, as a newcomer we need to also find the cheapest, in that case we have only 2 choices: WINDmobile or Mobilicity. Check their sites.

2. Homephone & Internet: As with cellphones, internet too is a pricey proposition here. Check the link below, that is the best option, as it gives u an International calling homephone & Hi-Speed Internet - both together     @     the "internet only price" of Rogers/Bell.
