U aren't alone -- many take this route [of getting the PR cards overseas by post/courier thru friends].

I was visiting Dubai, on business, since 30/3/2011... just returned y'day [23/4/2011]. We had a Dubai Applicant's meet on the 8th of Apr there.

Dear Qorax,

One of my known got Canada PR last Wednesday. She is a Nurse. They are planning to move in next 3-4 months. Her husband has done 3 year diploma in mechanical engineering.

Can you please suggest if he can get registered/accredited before they move. If yes, please tell how and where? All web sites (Engineering) mentioned in your post says GRADUATE ENGINEERS.

Can any body give the answers to following questions as these are the most famous questions after getting 2AOR for April-2010 candidates

1- How much time CHC london will take to verify the documents after sending the 2AOR.
2- How the applicant will be known that d=his verification process of documents has been completed.
3- How the applicant to be known about Positive Eligibility report(PER) or Negative Eligibility Report(NER).
4- After completion of verification of documents, how much time HC london will take to issue MR

He can get his foreign credentials 'assessed' prior to move... but 'licensing' [needed for 'regulated professions'] must be done post-landing.

I need to know..I have got RBVO status on 09 april 2011. So many of applicant whose status changed to RBVO got 2nd AOR from ND Vo. But i am have still not got it..

May i know what could be the reason for it ? When should i expect it to be change to " In Process " ?

So it is possible to get the PR card set to you overseas? I anticpate a similar situation myself.
