21st February—an important day for multilingualism
International Mother Language Day is an observance held annually on 21 February worldwide to promote awareness of linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism. It was first announced by UNESCO on 17 November 1999
International Mother Language Day originated as the international recognition of Language Movement Day, which has been commemorated in Bangladesh. Our parents   and grandparents gave their life so that we can speak in Bangla. We are thank full to them  -আমার ভাই আর রক্তে রাংঙ্গা(ন I ২১ এ

Can we obtain CSQ after getting FSW visa?

If yes, then how? Whats the procedure?
How much time it takes and what documnets to submit?

Thanks

Why do u desire that?

Firstly because my main language is French.
Secondly I want to take and have all the benefits of the provience of Quebec as any immigrant possessing CSQ, chosen and selected by Quebec , I am PR as a FSW.

After 'landing' with that PR Visa u could just move to Quebec & settle down there.

Thanks Captain,

2) Do you think my file is in real "In Process" considering everybody else's is?
IF THE E-CAS STATES "IN PROCESS", IT IS IN PROCESS.

Thats the irony Captain, I cant log-in to E-Cas its giving me an error since the beginning, I never ever could check my status, it always gives an error message, saying  details are wrong or we might have received your file but not yet begun processing it,  which is strange because I sent my full docs in July 2010 itself and got the AOR in the same month.

How would I know if my file is being processed, if I cant check it on E-Cas like everybody else?

Hey Qorax
Have a question for you..
We are going to enter in three phases ?

Phase 1 - I as Primary applicant will land first in Toronto in March
PHase 2 - MY family will come into Toronto in May
Phase 3- My household goods will arrive via shipment

MY question is how many B4A forms do I need to fill in ?
I will have a B4 form for the goods that I'm carrying with me and a B4A form for the good that will arrive as shipment.
Does my wife carry a seperate B4 form for the items in her baggage  when she lands in Toronto ? Or should all the items that she carries be a part of my B4A form ?

Pls advise

Thanks

-Just one set each [for the GAL & GTF each].
-As u get it stamped... scan & send it by email to ur spouse.
-U should be outside the a/port to receive her WITH the original stamped B4.
