hi qorax, my friend , who is the principal applicant for SINP (saskatchewan nominee program) , doesn't want to include her step children in her application. Her husband is willing to declare that he has NO children from his first marriage. Do you think this action, excluding his children from the application, would have repercussions in the future? Btw, her step children are financially dependent on her husband.

Couple of days back... i got a letter from chc new delhi saying...
The above named applicant has undergone preliminary medical evaluation by this office..In order to complete this evaluation...the following information is required..
other: CONSULTANT REPORT: GASTROENTEROLOGY CONSULT FOR ABNORMAL LFT...
Will there be any problem regarding this??? Please advice....what does it mean..is this something very serious???

Are the photocopies of the document not mandatory to notarize for MI-3 applicants? If not needed, please assist us sharing the reference link where it is written that no notarization is needed for documents?

On preliminary medical they found problem in liver function tests. Now they advised for re-medical by a specialist Doctor,don't worry if u dont have any problem which is communicable /burden to their health system wont b a problem |

It was more like a corss checking things between me and my wife.
At last interviewer told me that although some of difference in answer , i am satisfying with your relation and application.
Your file is approved. we will inform u things within 3 to 4 weeks.
Although at last he also told, u will get confirmed status after 4 weeks .
What this means? any one can explain,
He has taken my 4 month daughter passport with him but her medical still not completed while mine and my wifes medical already completed, we sent pp and RRPF a month ago also he has given receipt today only.
PLease help

This is IP but with RBVO details. Once your status will show a date.....say.....We started processing your file on...., 2012. Then this will be actual IP. FYI, thousands of applicants in the same boat for 8-10 months including me. |
