Dear Qorax,

I am a FSW-1 applicant, Seoul VO. My e-CAS showing 'in process' since 15 February, 2011 but the inside details are same as RBVO since now. Now, they increased processing time to 21, it was just 8 months when I applied. Meanwhile, I have got work permit in Denmark as of greencard scheme and leaving to there by 1st March, 2012. I have sent an e-mail (geneal inquiry address) explaining that I am going to another country and want to close my bank account from what I have prepared balance certificate and will transfer to the amount to my wife's account, I am not sure whether it is acceptable or not if I transfer those amount to her account. I couldn't get any response from them though I sent them another follow up e-mail, but no response yet. My wife will stay here in Korea until February, 2013. Please guide me what should I do at this moment. Hope to get your response as soon as possible.

Regards,
sushilmuna.

-Ur move & closing of bank a/c in the previous place wil have no effect on ur PR processing.
-As u establish an address ur new loc. send that info to ur IO.
-In that same letter u may request them to change ur VO [generally not accepted - however no harm in trying], if u want.
-Around ur meds they'd ask u for updated POF, u may submit ur new bank docs then.

Sir Qorax,

I have sent my sister's all legal documents i.e citizenship, landing, canadian passport...
but since 1.5yr she has been shifted to Pakistan,
So, what should be their next request as we cannot send her living evidence in Canada?

And the second query is that, my another sister is also there, Should I send her Legal
Papers before CHC London request? alongwith her living evidence...

To show our relation do we need B-Form (already sent) only or something more??(pics?)

The two brothers of my father are also living there, Should we ask them for those required
documents, also or no need to?

Kindly reply..
JazakAllah.
Naseha Ehtesham.

-As the relative that u claimed points for isn't residing in Canada - u'll not get any points for that.
-U may send the complete docs of ur other Canadian [qualifying] relatives & ask CIC to assess them instead.

Dear Qorax,
According to CIC website, it takes 37 business days to get PR card in hand (for newly landed immigrants)
Can we get it before that?

It usually takes 6 weeks++. There's no way to speed it up.

Hi Qorax & Dr.Hasib .

Thanks god , The CHC London send me a letter requesting RPRF & PCC for the countries i lived in in the past 18 years ( Jordan & Lebanon ) but I have few questions regarding this issue :

1) The London CHC didn't request PCC from Saudi Arabia the country which i live in for now and for more than 3 Years .?
2) It is almost 3 months now since i sent the PCC & RPRF to London visa office and NO RESPONSE and whenever i check my eacse it says that they have received my medicals and it is still in process and i'm very worried about that , how much it's going to take ??   Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

Finally , I appreciate your help and concern .

1. They must be satisfied with ur initially sent KSA PCC. It's not a must that they'd ask for it again, though usually they do.
2. U r so close. (dont cry!) Relax... u could be receiving ur PPR in the next few weeks.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/qorax-pmmleon-other-expertswhy-pakistan-is-slow-t96056.0.html

I am living in Pakistan and my visa office is in London. I have researched this forum and found out for people living in Pakistan it takes longest time than other countries to process their cases. I have hardly seen just few Pakistani residents who got visas recently rest everybody is waiting for lengthy background checks doesn't matter if they are post june, pre june or post july etc

If we compare other countries like India, Bangladesh or Srilanka they are very fast for example New delhi visa office is the fastest and for people living in India its happening so quickly and even for New delhi visa office people get Medicals+PPR together while London visa office never issues Medicals + PPR together, just Medicals.

What are the reasons?

Many thanks

U r required to submit the "other 2" doc sets as well [proof of relationship & proof of her continued residence in Canada]. Remember, non submission of supporting docs might not elicit outright rejection -- but could/would delay ur case considerably. As such, I suggest, send them everything asap, for ur own good.

Qorax
*Yes, I've seen ur PM as well.
