many of those who got PERs in 2012 already had an address together with the In Process status. Why is it that my address never appeared on my ECAS since day 1 of my PER? thank you for your reply.

no agent SirNo issues. Pls don't stress over it. It'd be reflected in ur case too. Probably ur PSDEC isn't done yet. |

Pls what do u think abt this I ordered for caipsnote in dec n I received it in febuary 2012 my e case had that additional line of started. Processing in January 27
So I guess d caipsnote was processed before d decision was made.
Now I want to order for another capisnote is it ok
Would d VO think am bombarding them with questions n decide to delLay my case

I read in the blog that CIO is currently reviewing the Dec 2011 applications wherein the cap was filled... I understand that they will be returning all the Jan 2012 applications....

-It's not wise to retrieve ur CAIPS/GCMS notes before 5-6 month's apart. -'Bombarding' will not affect ur case processing. At worst u may start receiving std. replies or none at all. Qorax |

i have a question , when i submitted my full docs July 2010 i haven't submitted my FBI PCC , as it came late , so i still have it , if they require the FBI PCC can i submit the old one (i guess it is 2 yrs old now
), i meant till i do the new one , Or Shall i start sending my fingerprints from now ( i know it takes long time now) , and at the same time i am afraid if i do so then i will recieve it and it will expire again , please advice ?

Dear Qorax,
I am a FSW-1 applicant, Seoul VO. My e-CAS showing 'in process' since 15 February, 2011 but the inside details are same as RBVO since now. Now, they increased processing time to 21, it was just 8 months when I applied. Meanwhile, I have got work permit in Denmark as of greencard scheme and leaving to there by 1st March, 2012. I have sent an e-mail (geneal inquiry address) explaining that I am going to another country and want to close my bank account from what I have prepared balance certificate and will transfer to the amount to my wife's account, I am not sure whether it is acceptable or not if I transfer those amount to her account. I couldn't get any response from them though I sent them another follow up e-mail, but no response yet. My wife will stay here in Korea until February, 2013. Please guide me what should I do at this moment. Hope to get your response as soon as possible.

What do you foresee the future of Remaining backlog of 2004 cases - Islamabad then shifted to London in June 2010.
Sent updated package in Jan 2011 but then complete silence...............

I have sent my sister's all legal documents i.e citizenship, landing, canadian passport...
but since 1.5yr she has been shifted to Pakistan,
So, what should be their next request as we cannot send her living evidence in Canada?
And the second query is that, my another sister is also there, Should I send her Legal
Papers before CHC London request? alongwith her living evidence...
To show our relation do we need B-Form (already sent) only or something more??(pics?)
The two brothers of my father are also living there, Should we ask them for those required
documents, also or no need to?
