Dear Qorax,

I received a mail from NDVO.They asked me to submit the following docs withen 45 days.

-Indian police clearence certificate for my son an
-Proof of contnuous education of my son.

 They have written in mail that-  Indian police clearence cetificate for xxx.(Police clearence certificate for districts other than punjab,can be signed by senior superinted of police;commissioner of police;deputy commissioner of police;additional deputy comm.of police;SHO;Various inspector and constable rank;sub divisional magistrate:or the regional passport office may sign a pcc for residence of punjab.Application now residing outside India can obtain pcc issued by the Indian mission responsible for their current arae of residence)

As my son is studying in canada since 2008.I had already submit canadian pcc and his educational documents with my documents.Now my questions are-

-Is VO need pcc before 2008?Is this a ordinary pcc which we generally  have from SSP office?
-How can i show his continuous study? Should i write a covering letter or submit Schedule 1 Background declaration form again?From where i noterised his certificates fromCanada or India?
 I am pre june applicant and belong to punjab state.Please help me.

Hi Sir Q,

many of those who got PERs in 2012 already had an address together with the In Process status.  Why is it that my address never appeared on my ECAS since day 1 of my PER? thank you for your reply.

Dear Sir,
I am march 2010 Applicant, still my status is RBVO  inside but out side IN PROCESS. I have a concern that when I submitted my full documents in September 2010, I submitted only one Job description from my current employer, for the rest of other 3 hospital I had worked ,only submitted Experience Letter  without job Description ,Which was issued at the time I left each one of those three hospitals. So can I send a Job description for all the hospitals now  along with PROOF oF FUND,. Will this be a issue.I feel I might have made some mistakes on this area, that is the reason I want to submit again along with the POF.

Since ur son is already in Canada:
1. Indian PCC: He should apply for it @ his local CONGENDIA/VFS office. It'd be much easier. There's no need of fetching it from India.
2. Proof of Continuous Edn: He should get the "Course Attendance Cert." from his Student Counsellor @ the Canadian Inst.

Definitely, I am agreed with captain, you should send your updated and error free document. May I pls know which visa office you are under? So far, most of the prejune applicants have got email from VO like London, NDVO, Australia etc to update their document. I am from SGVO and also got such email. Did not you get any such email?

One of my friend whose visa office is london and he is pre-june as well didnt have any email from London VO so far.

He applied in nov 2009 to cio and his file was then transferred to London.Hos documents were acknowledged at London in July 2010.

Any idea when would London applicants will be expecting medicals ?? On which month year files London office is working now a days ??
