Sir,

I recd a PM, addressed to someone else. Thus didn't read it & informed the sender that s/he might have mistakenly sent it to me & should resend it to the correct addressee. I don't remember the sender's name and also delete such msgs as part of my routine inbox clean-up.

The sender may send me again... if that's not too much of a botheration to him/her. Besides, I receive enormous volumes everyday... sometimes I might overlook too... being a mortal that is!

And what with the attitude?

Regards,

Qorax

Dear Sir Qorax,

Thanks for this explanation and I absolutely agree with you. Thats what I said too that may be you got confused with name Saki in the post so you ignored it and its discreet job to send you PM again with your name in the post.

Dear discreet I tell you Sir qorax doesn't ignore some one's pm purposely. Sometime some one's PM can be overlooked because of enormous pms he receives every day.

Dear discreet I think you should send Sir Qorax pm again and dear don't take on your heart... Smiley. Keep smiling... Smiley

Replied to ur PM, as under:

Brother,

U get 25 points only if u have this:

10+2+3+2=17
i.e. 17yrs study in Post-Graduate level... exactly in this format.

That is: 12yrs in school, 3yrs in Degree and 2yrs in PG.
Any variance & u get 22 only.

Sorry to hear ur apps outcome.
However, if u had the above & yet it was denied - u could then appeal.

hello everyone. i am posting for the very first time in this forum. i am a regular reader of this forum thought never joined. my wife and i went through medicals some days ago. the dmp we selected was dr. arif siddiqui from lahore and a strange incidence took place. we two were checked separately for physical exam in the doctors office. my wife went inside first and came out embarrassed. she later told me that even though a lady was also in the office and giving all the instructions, the doctor was checking her himself. during which, he made her pull up her clothes both from the front side as well as back side to check for breathing thru his stethoscope. the doctor also applied his stethoscope on the inner side of her breasts beneath her top undergarment during which half of the same were visible for around 10 seconds or something. we are very upset about it but the doctor told us it was usual procedure. can someone confirm is it a usual procedure? has someone gone to dr. arif siddiqui in lahore for medical exams?

Thanks
If u feel  the  doctor did everything intentionally(If patient  felt  so)u  can  make a  complain to Medical  council of ur country,But remember u have to prove what u r  trying to  say.(U mentioned the Doctor name here it  can b  a legal issue if  Doctor takes legal action against u-reputation issue and  its a  serious issue  for a  Doctor!!!)

-With that u should get 25.
-Did u receive the rejection letter?
-If yes, that letter will divulge whether ur VO considered one of ur degrees/PG.
-Probably there's some issue with either of those certs.
-What does that letter say about the causes of rejection [besides scoring poorly]?
-U don't need to send the certs again... as they r already with them.
-All that's required is a 'plea' to re-open the case based on wrongful determination of points.
-U may write to ur VO & draw their attention to ur cause/claim.
-It'd be tough, but not impossible.

Write to them, with a well chalked-out letter.

No issues.
Relax & await their instructions, if any.

Dear Qorax Sir,

As per your prevoius reply I would suppose to Award 10 marks for
language As I My application & IELTS exam date both are belons to 2006.

But in 2009 while I submit the full dox I had put a cover letter,
Where was the summery of all the points I claimed, SO in that
summery sheet I claimed 7 points for language, But Now I come to
know I suppose to get 10 points for language.

My query is As I mentioned 7 points for language,  So I ma wondering whether VO would award me less point due to this  or not

One more , on cover letter mentioned My NOC 0611 or 4163,
Is it make any prolem

Thanks
jackdaw

Usually they insist on Birth Certs. Moreso for applicants from certain region.
However, if u don't have - nothing much can be done, ain't it? Send an explanation letter as well.

Dear Friend,

Thats not the way they have done.
Checking breathing with Stathoscope is a simple method to diagnose TB by clinical examination.
Doctor can order Xray for any doubt after clinical examination.
Usually this has been done with clothes.
Absolute no need to pull off your clothes.

Thanks for sharing the stupidity of this doctor.

Sir, Thnaks for reply.

It is rightly said, if someone is concerned about the male doctor for female, then he can go to female doctor.

regards,

Humayun

Dear Jungi, please read this:

If an applicant has a four-year bachelor's degree and 16 years of education, an officer would award 20 points, as a single two, three, or four-year university credential at the bachelor's level, combined with at least 14 years of full-time study, is worth 20 points.

hi,
A male doctor can examine female patient in presence of a female nurse. since there was a female nurse with him, it's legal.
