Hi Qorax,

Got a situation here. Don't know how to handle it. Could you please help me out.

I'm MI-3 applicant exact date of application is 8th August and AOR from New Delhi is dated 12th Dec, 2011..

Since all other applicants are receiving their medicals, I'm expecting mine too....

My issue is - a week back I got a job offer from Kenya with good salary package and 4 month rotation. Offer is so good that I couldnt say no. I accepted and travelled to Kenya on 5th of Feb. In next couple of days, Ill travel to South Sudan which will be my work location.

My family is in India.

Now how the things will move for me - In case I receive medical and passport request in next couple of weeks time hopefully. Kindly advise.

Thanks,

Parry

U have to chose ur action urself - between the two:
1. It's always advisable to w/draw one app when the other materializes... i.e. when one of them gets u the meds.
2. However, waiting that long would sure make ur Processing Fees "non-refundable".

Nonetheless, if u have moved two apps concurrently - ur idea is to get the benefit from the one which culminates earlier. In such a case u had made a cognizable decision to gamble [with twin fees] - so, why not stick to that gamble till the end? W/drawing one earlier beats the purpose [of that gamble] - which makes the whole plan futile, notwithstanding one case fees.

Hi to Mr.QORAX  :  ,

Thanks god , The CHC London send me a letter requesting RPRF & PCC for the countries i lived in in the past 18 years ( Jordan & Lebanon ) but I have few questions regarding this issue :

1) The London CHC didn't request PCC from Saudi Arabia the country which i live in for now and for more than 3 Years .?
2) It is almost 2.5 months now since i sent the PCC & RPRF to London visa office and NO RESPONSE and whenever i check my eacse it says that they have received my medicals and it is still in process and i'm very worried about that , how much it's going to take ??   Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

Finally , I appreciate your help and concern .

Regards ...

1. If they haven't [& that u have already done ur meds] - they might not require it.
2. U should be getting the PPR anytime now.

Whenever u receive the PPR - u'll have to fly back & deposit the original pps to CHC-ND internally [within India].

Dear Sir Qorax, Thanks very much for taking the time to answer me. Just tell me what are the chances that if God Forbid my post june application gets rejected then my pre june application will also be rejected because both are ditto copies and when visa officer will start processing my post june application later will he not first check whats happening with my pre june application because both are ditto copies and have same UCI number and can be seen in Ecas.

Are both applications dependant on each other?

Please answer. Many thanks

No.
Uh, we come back to a full circle once again...
IMHO, let both run concurrently unless one meets the meds.

Dear Captain Qorax,

When I sent full docs to SGVO in July 2010, I paid my residence fee of CAD 490. The I got married, informed and updated VO accordingly. This time I paid only application fee of my wife but not Residence Fees. So, the only due amount is my spouse's Residence Fee. When VO will require me MR, I will pay only Res Fee of my wife as others already paid. Do I need to give them explanations?
