First part sir is, do I need to submit pay stubs or income tax return for supporting documents? Is there any chances of rejection if I cant submit this things. My employer have some issues in releasing this documents.

It's wise to submit as much docs as possible w.r.t. our employment - it makes their life [our assessment] easier - lest we get into unnecessary BF'Ds [meaning: delays]. However, there's no compulsion... u may safely follow the FSW guide.

Dear MR. Qorax

Thank you for replying my question and I understand that B/G is conducted via any and many agencies. What I asking about is:

1. If they have not contacted the CSIS yet, does this mean that they will do that later (which definitely means longer wait) or that they could be using other agencies.

2. Should I contact London VO and send then the CSIS letter or that would result in further delays?

Thank you so much and regards

1. They may or may not contact CSIS... much depends on how simple ur case is. Many a times the security checks could be online 'only' done by CIC alone; or they might resort to external agencies.

2. It's wiser not to refer one another's [inter-departmental] responses between either or more.

In all probabilities, u might be just on the verge of receiving ur PPR as we write. Pls have patience [I know it's tough]!

Sir,

I haven't heard of anything like this. BF'Ds necessarily will have a date. R u looking at it correctly? Usually every page will have it noted on the top as:

PAPER FILE SENT TO  PA  FILE  BF'D TO: NCR ON 15-01-2012  MICROLOCATOR

HI Sir

Can you also look at this question please.

I have some more clouds to clear out. I would like to ask if the 4 years working experienced that I need to have would be all 4 years for the skill that I am applying, or,  as long as I have 1 year experienced in my field. Other working experienced would be accepted though its not related to the skill that I am applying as a skilled immigrant?

Second, are they going to check even my tax information, sss/ssn?

Third, I also have some homebase or online job like odesk. Do I need to declare this things?

Please help sir

As I stated b4, though one can never be 100% sure, however if the 'cap' had not reached by 1-month to ur apps submission - u have a fair chance to be 'in'. It is not correct that CIC declares 'cap being reached' on Jan-3 while it was actually met 3-months b4. At worst it could be a month b4. Else, they wouldn't have been accepting apps. It doesn't make sense.

Here's what OP6 states:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
12.13. Experience
Pursuant to R80, officers will assess and award up to 21 units of assessment for paid work experience, as follows:

Number of years.....Less than 1.....At least 1.....At least 2.....At least 3.....4 or more
Points...................0...................15...............17..............19...............21

To be eligible for points, the applicant's work experience must:
•have occurred during the 10 years immediately preceding the date of application;
•be in occupations listed in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) under Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A and B;
•be full-time work, which, according to R80(7), is equivalent to at least 37.5 hours of paid work per week. Full-time work experience requirement may be met by the equivalent in part-time paid work experience, e.g. more than one part-time job held simultaneously or one or more part-time jobs held over the equivalent of one year of full-time work. Experience can be calculated by adding up the number of weeks of full-time work, i.e. 37.5 hours per week in one job or a total of at least 37.5 hours per week in more than one job, in one or more of the NOC categories. Periods of work of less than 12 months during the 10 years immediately preceding the date of the application may be added together and divided by 12 to calculate the number of years.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What does it mean?
-U need 1-yr's experience in the applied NOC to be 'qualified' for PR processing;
-Rest all experiences [in any other field, but in skill type 0, A & B] r 'counted' for awarding u the points.
