I'm impressed, I must say. Really seldom do I see a forum that's both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you've hit the nail on the head. Your thoughts is important; the issue is something that not a lot of people are talking intelligently about. I'm really happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this.

I've written about it many times...
If ur total package & supporting docs prove that u r actually working in those JDs - u'll be fine. However, if the IO doubts it [on ur qualitative work vis-a-vis the NOC] -- u'd have a problem for sure, writing verbatim the JDs taken from the HRSDC-NOC isn't done.

Dear Qorax,
I am shifting to Canada in March.I have an inquiry regarding gold.I took printed photos of gold but does not know the wait of individuals item.Total approximate wait i know.Let me know that is the wait of individual items are required or only pics will solve the purpose during immigration.Pls advise.

Sir Qorax, I receive a email today from embassy regarding my application,they advise us that after the treatment of son this coming April 2012 he have to undergone another chest xray,as far as I know we already submitted my son's chext xray twice and according to our pedia pulmonologist he endorse negative and no findings in chest xray..Its just that on skin test he got positive..If thats the case that we stiil have to wait to finish his medication that runs for 9 months,our medical will expiring this coming April 2012 do they will advise us for another remedical in every member of the family?

R u now with VO or the CIO?If with the VO -- Send them another one with contents in ur own words - not verbatim to the HRSDC's JDs @ the NOC. |

Did u have a med furtherance for ur son?That is, was he asked to undergo the 'sputum culture' & further Xrays? |
