Hi Qorax!

Do you think 'Vitiligo' (depigmentation of skin) and any accidental injury can cause issues to someone's PR application?

Though Vitiligo is not contagious but still want to know. and accidental injury -someone advised to go for surgery at later stage (10-15 years) in case of severe joint pain.

Hello qorax... I have a question. Actually I applied in end of May. But bcoz I havnt submitted my sister birth certificate and I didn't get 5marks for relationship in Canada.so they rejected my file and in email they said you  can apply again with your full documents. But they gave me uci and file no.  Now I am applying again so plz suggest me is there any problem Bcoz they given me uci?

No issues.
Apply afresh, if u yet meet the criterion. And u may state ur old/er UCI No. as well there... it wouldn't cause any problems.

HI Qorax,

I need your advice, I got my PER on 11th JAN 2012. We are expecting our 2nd Child in April End or May Start.

I think by that time or even before that we will get our MR. How do i deal with this situation ?

Should I inform about this to VO as soon as i get AOR from them or what.

I am bit confused.

Regards

ZeeCee

After the delivery, get hold of the baby's pps, then send the apps for his/her addition into ur case file alongwith all necessary docs & fees. If by then u have ur meds - write to them that u'd partake the meds for the entire family later [after the delivery].

hi, Qorax

I didn't get it, 24 months from the apps day?

My case's detail:

We received your application for permanent residence on January 15, 2010

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 2, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Seattle office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Seattle office on March 10, 2010. The Seattle office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the Seattle office on October 14, 2011. The Seattle office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 13, 2012.

My questions is do i need to wait my MR until 12Mar12 as your said? the what's 24 months of apps? 24Months passed already.

2. does it mean i passed 67 points?

3. I would like to do the medical in advance, but i called serveral clinic, they said no. also my agent called call center, they replied i can not do the medical without their forms.

Thank you, Qorax.

1. With the 2nd AOR it's expected that u have met the selection criterion...yes the 67 points as well.
2. U could expect ur meds in 24-months from the date ur complete package was recd @ the VO.
3. U can, but it's advisable that u don't do the meds b4 they ask u to.

hi qorax
I am indian living in london. please can you tell me can I apply from london vo. I have two years visa still. But if donot get visa in 2 years what should i do?. please reply me.Thank you

-U can, if u r legally residing in UK [which u r].
-It's quite likely [based on current processing speeds] that u'd make it much b4 2-yrs.
-If u don't, u'd continue with the same VO, irrespective of ur move back to ur homeland.
-In such cases, the only issue would be submission of pps, 'coz from India u can't by post/courier.

U'd be fine...no problems.
Just that info ur DMP about the preconditions [do not hide]. Remember, this is not a medical inadmissibility issue.

Hi there, I have one question, I am a Sep 2011 applicant and PER was received on Dec 13 2011. Our MR/PPR was not received yet, however we are planning also to have a child this year. If my wife gets pregnant before MR will it cause delay? I mean are we allowed to have medicals even if my wife is pregnant? Thanks
