Ok, what's the query in this post?
What do u want to know?

If Lepetit is actually intending to go to another profession and he showed this in his application to follow his "Honesty is the best policy" may the visa be cancelled? I don't know whether the VO takes this seriously. Mr. Lepetit is keen to hear from Captain ji that's why I referred as you don't follow that thread.

Thank you very much.

1. U could expect ur meds around Mar-12, i.e. 24 months from the apps day.
2. They may not contact ur employer/s at all... much depends on ur case file presentation.

Captain Qorax,

Hope you are well.

I have similar timelines like Lokoko but since I cant check the status of my ecas on E-CAS I dont know what's happening with my case. My question is does the VO process all cases according to the full documents received date or by NOC criteria ? then I should be also getting my MR with Lokoko as I also sent my first det of docs to CIC in March and the 2nd/complete set in July to NDVO and got the 2nd AOR in July itself.

I don't find any Lepetit's comments after the post 59 in that thread. What do u wan't to know?

Well, in post 59, he addressed and thanked both you and me. He knew the reply regarding his query was from you. So next time, (in 59) he deliberately described his intention and wanted to know ....Do you think VO will take this column serious?  page no 56.

Sorry, captain, I should write I am keen to hear from you as I don't have much more idea about this. I had written... lepetit is keen to hear from you in the sense, lepetit knew what I told him was advised from you.

Anyway, please ignore it. Just eager to know if lepetit showed his/her INTENDED OCCUPATION in other NOC, is it devastating?

The IO's process our files under FIFO [First In-First Out], taken from the day our complete apps reached them. Albeit, there r separate queues for separate MIs & Simplified Processing System.

However, no 2 cases could move similarly, 'coz of the different assessment situations of each. Some could be KISS [Keep It Simple & Straight] cases, while other/s could be a tad complex. Which is why u'd find different movement of different members' files.

Well Bro,

Let me take it from ur own query that u had posted earlier: Whether it's wise to show 'intended occupation' different than the NOC u had applied for.

The simple answer is that NO. Why? The IO's assess our files depending on (1)eligibility on the MI [whether there's demand for that NOC currently in Canada] and (2)How the applicant is going to be easily settling post 'landing'.

Now, if u apply under, say 0111 (Accountants), and state that post landing u'd take a 0213 (IT professionals) job... u maybe qualified under both... but CIC'd like to see some sort of dexterity & consistency in ur intensions, vis-a-vis the 'demand' of that occupation in Canada. There thus, s/he might be wary and might not view ur case positively.

I don't say there could be imminent rejection -- but the chances r that ur file might be kept at (a)abeyance and/or (b)any/many queries may be resorted to... Meaning: Delays!

In that column [though] u might state many NOCs that u intend to pursue... at least one of them should be the NOC that u have applied for/against. Uh yes, those 'other' NOCs that u suggest as ur alternate intended profession - must have ur skills clubbed to it. Else how? And those addnl skills must be demonstrated in ur apps via any/many docs, vis-a-vis edn / exp / trg.

I hope that clarified...

Lost in Translation, Ma'am?
Ur query was replied then-n-there, as u posted it [aka 'on-the-spot']. Here's the extract:

U can't sanguinely know the acceptance of ur file unless CIO issues u a PER. However, it's expected that if a month since the apps were submitted the cap didn't reach - one has a fair chance to be 'in'.

Qorax

Take care (thought of writing 'TC' - but didn't, 'coz there could be another a backlash)!
