Dear Qorax & Senior Fellows,
My IELTS result was announced in April 2010. As my case is in process at UK office, will they ask me to reappear in the IELTS again. So whats the duration of my last IELTS results validity?
According to my time lines and current status ( in Process) whats the latest information you have received from your sources? How long more time the UK office will take to make the final decision.The people who applied with us from Pakistan? Any further progress in their status?
Online status shows this information:
"Permanent Residence"
We received your application for permanent residence on November 23, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 25, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

Sir,
I am a Post-June (MI-2, FSW-1) applicant for Canadian PR, waiting for MR+PPR. I applied on May 2011, but till now no respond from SGVO, where as NDVO issued MR+PPR to the same timeline applicants. London, Philipines,Accra VO also issued MR+PPR. On the otherhand, CIC commited (SOURCE:www.cic.gc.ca) to accomplish the whole process by 1 year for MI-2 & 3 applicants. Many of us already crossed 1 year just at eCAS-RBVO status.
My Questions are:
1. Why SGVO is not doing anythng for MI-2 applicants?
2. What is the future of MI-2 applicants at present?

Hi, I have a question, I have recentely send my application on dec 3rd 2011 for fsw and i have made a mistake i guess i have send original ielts , experience letter , finiancial support letters, But i have send the copies of my university documents and passport copies and my birth certificate whis is not notorized.I hope they will not sen my application back cause of not notorizing it.I saw in the document checklist if the documents are not in english or french then we have to send a tralslated as well as notorized copy. Pls let me know  |

How r u hope u would be fine.i want to ask u about my case.i am from pakistan and i applied in april 2010 as fsw in MI 1 and send full documents in oct-10 to london office and recievd 2nd AOR in feb-11 my profession was accountant 1111 which is not in 29 occupations this time.i want ur suggestion that when can i get medical request and at what stage i can be clear that my case is aproved or there r less chances of rejection.i have heard that after 2nd AOR there are very less chances of rejection until there is problem in medical.is that true.and my status is in process does it means that visa officer is satisfied with work expereince and other things or there is still a chance of rejection.
-2010 cases could take 24 months upwards to finalize. -U could expect ur meds around mid-2012. -The risk of rejection remains till landing. However, after meds it reduces considerably. Qorax |
