Thanks for the reply Qorax. In that case I don't think I have a chance to enter Canada. I was given the impression that we have to get in Canada before the expiry of PR.Since we have not fulfilled the criteria of two yrs stay , hence we need to stay for 2 yrs at a stretch and then apply for the renewal of PR.
But as you mentioned the expiry of the PR is of no importance if we have not stayed for 2 yrs out of 5 yrs..then I guess there is no hope.

In such cases is there any bleak chance?

Dear Captain Qorax,
In the form IMM0008, there is an option. Your intended occupation. If anyone writes an occupation which is demanded in Canada rather than selecting the occupation under which he applied, how will the Visa officer treat it? Please comment.

Unfortunately - NONE.
Unless u have a serious/severe case to put-forth, with documentary evidence/s.

In that case a BSO might let-u-in for 4 weeks to face an Immigration Judge. U'd then have to plead ur case in court - the outcome of which could be 10:90 [the lower in ur favour].

Dear Qorax,
I have experience in both NOC 0711 and 2151 which were submitted with my two applications in CIO respectively. They asked for updated info for my 1st application(NOC 0711) recently. Can I fill up with NOC 2151 this time as it exists in the present NOC? Please reply. Regards.

1. Yes, she can.
2. It'd take around 3-4 months to get her med request after u 'add' her into ur case file.

Thanks for ur reply Qorax. I just want to clarify ur answer on my question # 2, u said 3-4 months just to get her MR? then should we do her Meds in advance with me then?
If we do our meds together now, how long will it be for us to finally become PRs then? (hopefully God willing)
