dear qorax sir.

we have given the duties and responsibilities through a statuary decleration on an judicial stamp paper and not on my employer letter head and along with it we have attached a letter from my employer giving my date of joining and current designation my agent is saying that application was rejected becuse of not giving the duties and responsibilities on employers letter head.

but since my employer was not ready to give a letter of that sort. we gave it on the statuary decleration. even now if im going to ask my employer for that letter i feel he is not going to give me this time also

so know what to do this time.please advice

thank u

As of 2011 CIC is not accepting Stat. Declarations. There's no way out than coercing the employers to concede.

Dear Qorax & Senior Fellows,

My IELTS result was announced in April 2010.  As my case is in process at UK office, will they ask me to reappear in the IELTS again.  So whats the duration of my last IELTS results validity?

According to my time lines and current status ( in Process) whats the latest information you have received from your sources?  How long more time the UK office will take to make the final decision. The people who applied with us from Pakistan? Any further progress in their status?

Online status shows this information:

"Permanent Residence"
We received your application for permanent residence on November 23, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 25, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on February 4, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 27, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

a) 1-yr from the date the meds were taken OR as per the expiry date of pp of any family member.
b) Few weeks to a month from the day e-CAS reflected 'MR'.

Revocation is a rarity. Possible, but usually not resorted to come what may. At worst u'd be let-in with an appt to meet an Immigration Judge.

Entry denial is possible though - mainly on grounds of insufficient settlement funds.
