Dear Qorax,

I have a question regarding the verification call. I would appreciate if you could help me out.

When is the earliest I can expect a verification call? Is it possible that my employer will get a verification call before I receive my AOR/PER? Or is it from anytime after the AOR/PER?

Please clarifiy if possible. Thank you.

Michaela

Verifications calls may or may not be undertaken by the VO - much depends on your supporting docs & your case presentation skills and the IO's perception thereof.

If at all it is resorted to - it'd be done after your file gets into the 'in process' mode - ie. [surely] after the PER - when the VO does it's 'initial review' of your file.

Dear ALL,

I need my credentials (educational certificates) back which are currently with CHC LND, attached with my immigration file under FSW2 into process. My current E-Cas status is IN-Process with inside details mentioned as " Your application was reviewed and we started processing on August 15, 2011."

So in the light of above details, please guide me what should i do ? whether should i apply for my credentials back or not ? and if i apply to get them back then how long they usually take to return them (when should i expect them into my hands) and does this harm my file into process in any way or it has no effects at all ?

Thanks and regard

QORAX:

Hi! I've been a silent follower of this forum for quite sometime now. I am a FSW applicant and my application is now in process, I hired a crook consultant and now I am having a lot of trouble with regards my application. I have not informed the visa office Manila that I want to terminate the service of the consultant, because this may transpire to anew problem. My application was denied twice because there are a lot of documents that should have been included but I was not informed by the consultant to provide it for submission together with my application. I was just wondering why in mid-August CIO sent me an e-mail stating that they are now processing the application, after few weeks I then received set of documents from visa office Manila requesting for medicals, rprf and my FBI certificate. In my application I have not included complete information about my travel history because my old passport was lost. I travelled to US twice, on my 1st trip I stayed there for a month and few days I specified this in the application I relied on the information stamped on my mom's passport because we travelled together. The second visit was more than 6 months but I requested for an extension. I went back to the Philippines and have not waited for the extension letter. My aunt informed me that my request for an extension was denied. I was already here in the Philippines when she received the letter. The 2nd travel history was not stated in my application but I informed my consultant about it. I am now in the final stage of the process. VO acknowledged the medicals and RPRF but they are still awaiting for my FBI certificate so I can say that they are now checking about the 6months stay in the US. I have requested the said document and the said application is still on cue. Will this be a ground for an immigration officer to deny our application? What can I do to prevent this from happening? I humbly request for your opinion regarding this matter.

 Thank you very much!

DMD

1. Send your VO an email explaining the 2nd travel & case details [including supporting docs, if any].
2. No, it won't be indicted for denial - but u might receive further verification queries.
3. Info VO about your FBI report submission, tentative date.

Hello qorax,
That you mentioned in some post about "valid visas on expired passports" is valid for TRV not for PRV, have you Known somebody who had made the landing using both passports ?.

Master Qorax,

If you kindly write on Etiquette, Manners and Dress code while at work, Interviews... in Canada
It would create an awareness. This helps us to take care during our initial days.
Also we can shop and carry proper dresses accordingly.

Dear Friend,

Let us focus on the point of your requirement.

1) Please read thru FAQ given in CIC on ecas section.
2) Try our with different Identification type like Client ID / Receipt No. / Unique Client Identifier / Application No.

'Doing the same things can not bring in different results. We need to do things differently to expect different results.'

Please tryout & keep cool.

Regards,

mycan

Hi,

There's no other way of not getting the e-Cas except due to wrong typing of info on that site. A glitch, if any, cannot linger that long. I'm sure u r mis-typing some info.

R u writing your VO correctly as Nairobi? Your file ref.No.? Your surname? Your DOB?

Qorax[/colo

hello
Thank you for your positive mind and i can't understand.  UR sure in order to know my Ecase i have to write my VO?  of course my file # and other. Please do understand me i have no language perfection where i inherit from grand grand parent. At least i didn't do such silly mistake for 12 months. i respect your comment but not satisfied.

Thank you for your reply.

I sent my reference letter together with my pay stubs for the whole time period I was employed and my Tax Form confirming my salary so I hope they will not feel the need to make a verification call.

I am confused the cap count increases on each PER as as they recieve an application.

I sent my application on 19th Oct 2011 under 3112. The Cap is filling like hell. 30-35 increase each week. will reach 500 by 3-4 weeks.

I am confused and worried.

valekomsalam,

Do not think much & waste time. Send it immediately. Nothing to loose.
It is better than waiting for one more year.
Who knows what changes Ministrial Instruction come out with next year for your NOC.
All the best.
