Please i am in dark vision regarding my online E case status. my VO is Nairobi submitted my full documents on Dec 22,2010 and NOC is 1111.i have got 2nd AOR and since then i can't trace my application states via online client applic. status.Every think i filled all information it says:-
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible Reasons:
    Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
    This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:

I have no idea why i unable to know my application statues?
i have requested case specific en query twice only once i have got from them a standard replay nothing specific. what i have to do? And when i will expect my MR?

There's no other way of not getting the e-Cas except due to wrong typing of info on that site. A glitch, if any, cannot linger that long. I'm sure u r mis-typing some info.

R u writing your VO correctly as Nairobi? Your file ref.No.? Your surname? Your DOB?

hi qorax i hope u can shed a light about my e cas .it appeared "descision made" but im not recieving MR yet.i got my PER last oct and second AOR last november. my current status in ecas is "we started processing your application on november 29 and descision made,our officer will call you about the descison.what does this mean???is this sign of refusal???

Thank you for your positive mind and i can't understand.  UR sure in order to know my Ecase i have to write my VO?  of course my file # and other.Please do understand me i have no language perfection where i inherit from grand grand parent. At least i didn't do such silly mistake for 12 months. i respect your comment but not satisfied.

The reply is so simple it is in plain English saying that it will show status when your file is in process he is trying to open it with the new file no., and it won't open till it gets in process

Normally before medical decision made sign of rejection, I think you are a post june applicant, what is your VO & NOC? Did you receive any letter from VO? I am waiting RBVO stage last eight months. Please keep in touch.
