Dear All,
I got an offer from alfredfurnishedapartment.ca. It a one bed apartment on Weston road, as a new immigrant, we are landing sometimes next week, can you confirm the safety and accessibility to transport and major facility, if I decide to stay on Weston road, in Toronto
I got a quote of 1,090 dollars for three weeks, apartment is fully furnished, with Internet and all bills paid,is this the average price

How are you? Please i would be glad to hear from you.I was expecting a reply.Thanks for the support to everyone.I applied in March 2010,sent my documents to Accra in August 2010 and got a mail from Accra office asking for original employment letters and the mail also stated that these employment letters should contain specific duties,position title etc. and bank statements containing the required amount of funds for settlement.
I have questions eating me up i believe you would help me with,
1) My employment letter does not state my duties does it mean i should include the original letters and include a letter of attestation from the organization i work with
2) I am concerned they are asking for originals,would this be returned?
3) I already submitted notarized copies of my employment letter and original letter of attestation when i previously submitted my documents because it was specifically asked for then,Do you have an idea why they asking for these docs all over again? What does this all mean and where do i stand at the moment?
Can i include other forms of POF etc landed property,share certificates or should it all be in cash.
Also can i pay in money from my wifes account into mine or would they ask questions?
I did not include any english test and i havent been asked for it,do you think it has been waived for me?
Someone suggested adding photographs,in house job trainings,appraisals,promotion letters,notarized copies of ID cards,do you think this is all necessary do i add them?

I need your advice...
I received replied email from CHC ND on 5th Oct. The email was:-
“Your application has been reviewed by an officer and is pending the final decision. You will be notified once all steps are complete”
My medical will expire in Feb 2012.
Plz can you tell me how long it will take CHC ND for final decision (will they take decision before Feb)and , do I need to send another email to CHC ND or not?

Good day!
I passed my medical 4 days ago, and it is already sent to London.
I am on 29 week of pregnancy ( 7 month ) and expecting for my baby in 10 weeks. I know that my embassy as usually provide with POVL after 2-2.5 month after medical.
How do u think do I need to inform them now that we are expecting for new born or it is better to do it after POVL?
And will new born pass medical as well? Or they wont provide us with medical forms for new born?
Your advice is highly appreciate.

Please guide what should i do if it will give a problem during medical.

Please i am in dark vision regarding my online E case status. my VO is Nairobi submitted my full documents on Dec 22,2010 and NOC is 1111.i have got 2nd AOR and since then i can't trace my application states via online client applic. status.Every think i filled all information it says:-

After u deliver u need to 'add' the baby in your case file. Then the VO will send med papers for the baby, after which the entire family will be asked for pps submission. If u didn't take the Xray -- u'd have to submit it to @ that time. Good luck! Qorax |
