SIR QORAX,

Would you so kindly take time to reply to my queries:

1. What does In Process Stage signify? Are education, experience, 67 points cleared before in process, on the basis of docs?

2. Docs were reviewed before 2nd aor/In Process. What is more to be reviewed before issuance of medicals? Would the file/docs be reviewed once again/Will the complete file be reviewed again, now more closely?
Now would only telephonic verifications, if any, be conducted? That is, where/on what grounds could the application fail, after in process? Please detail!

3. What is roughly the rate of success, as per your perception, after in process, if all docs are genuine?

Thanks and regards,
Ghafoor

Hi Sonir!

Saw your message but I cannot reply through PM  Sad. I guess it 's because I still do not have the minimum number of posts. My case should be fairly clear to you with my latest post. From what I understood, you have no reason to worry at all. In case, you need to know more you can PM me again with your personal email and I will reply back to you.

Thay must have observed a scar in the Xray... relax - u should be Ok with your med furtherence report/s... & in due course u'd receive the PRVs as well.

Thanks for the reply Qorax. Just wanted a bit more clarification. The fibroids were 'discovered' during the ultrasonogram and the additional medical info which CHC had asked included a gynaecologist consultation wherein the doc has suggested laprosopy. This report has now been sent to CHC, ND. My question is can I go in for treatment later ( I'm also exploring alternate methods..not much faith in allopathy  Smiley) or would the CHC insist on a laproscopic surgery before granting PR?

Look forward to your reply

Regards

PS:CHC has encashed RPRF ON 31.10.2011 and the additional medical info letter is dated 1.11.2011.  Is this a good sign?

SIR QORAX,

Would you so kindly take time to reply to my queries:

1. What does In Process Stage signify? Are education, experience, 67 points cleared before in process, on the basis of docs?

All the above said are verified during this stage

2. Docs were reviewed before 2nd aor/In Process. What is more to be reviewed before issuance of medicals? Would the file/docs be reviewed once again/Will the complete file be reviewed again, now more closely?

after the 2nd AOR/In process , background check and doc checks are done , after meds security check are done

Now would only telephonic verifications, if any, be conducted? That is, where/on what grounds could the application fail, after in process? Please detail!

application can fail with incomplete appli, in doc verification , background check etc

3. What is roughly the rate of success, as per your perception, after in process, if all docs are genuine?

50 / 50

Thanks and regards,
Ghafoor

Dear qorax...

As i am applying for immigration with support of my spouse.

I have to tick the my canadian relatives or my spouse canadian relatives in application form, through which i ll get 5 marks.

01-should i mention both's canadian relatives or only ones's? ..but in the form , there is only for one not for both's....

u can mention both but need to submit the proof and always use a family tree to explain

02- which type of document for proof of total number of whole education to be submitted with package (which is mentioned in checklist)?? but i have all certificates from elementary to university level , where date of addmission and date passing are clearly mentioned....

u can attach the highest degree u have taken and the sealed university transcripts , tht shows the number of years studied

03- which way is most fast and reliable mode for application fees... credit card or bank draft???

Both are same - i used DD

Please suggest me .. your suggestion will be highly appreciated.....

Regards

Ali.......

Dear meems,

CHC cannot force anyone to take any major decision based on your health ( like lapracopy etc) It is upto you which treatment you prefer ( allopathic/homeopathic/ayurvedic) and you dont need to worry on this as long as your fibroid is benign ( i pray and hope its benign)

this is my personal opinion, rest our Master of the forum knows better :)pls  wait for his valuable reply

Thanks
