First thanks for your reply...Just want to know one thing if u don't mind...
when we sent email to CHC ND if background checks on then they normally say your background checks still going but in my email they said VO reviewd my file n is pending the final decision... don't you think background checks will ove...
My medical will expire in feb...will CHC ND will take decision before my medical expire??

Thanks for reply ..... 1. U can apply with the current pp copy & renew it later.
2. Yes it's Ok to submit any family member's POF [it they r part of your application].
3. No issues.

You need to give the information of all your family members that includes mother,father, brothers and sister. Whatever applicable to you! |

Hi everyone... My name is Akbar...I just got a login Id though I have been reading your expert forum from a few months now. Just a short query...I applied for immigration in FSW category in August 2011. I have not recieved my acknowledgement and I am planning to get married. What should be the course of action:
1) should I get married and send my wife's documents since doing this will get me additional 5 points since she has a masters degree. If so what documents will I need to submit?
2) I should wait for AOR and then file my application
3) any other option....?

I think you can only proceed futher after u get AOR. You must have had calculated ur points for 67 before you sent your papers without your wife's points added into them. Rgds Zeeshan Hi everyone... 1. He can do his meds in Canada & send his pps to u [for submission under 'one package'].
2. U should expect something around Jul-12.
3. She can enter Canada anytime till 2014 expiry date.
