I am about to send my application for noc 3131 tom. I ave all my docs ready except tef result, pcc from fbi and pcc from india. Already applied for it but waiting. Also work experience letter is about to reach me in next week. But as application number already plunged to 402, I want to send my application tomorow itself. How could i send rest of my documents to cio? I mean is there any number or particular thing i should mention when i send rest of my docs in two weeks?? Please guide. Thanks to all

With 402 probably u wouldn't be able to make it this time... Else u may send all docs except the PCCs [under an explanation letter] to CIO; and the PCCs could be submitted to the VO @ a later stage.

Moving/settling to any province after landing in one isn't an/y issue... incl Quebec.

Dear Qorax i sent my full documents to London VO in Jan 2011, I sent my masters degree but did not send the bachelors degree. Now I am confused to send it now or wait for them when they ask for it because I have seen emails to applicants where the VO office has said that do not send any supporting documents because the files are in que and not ready for review but on the other hand if I dont send the degree now I might get in trouble for incomplete application, please guide me in this matter. Thank you

U should've sent that with the initial package... however, at this stage u may like to await your VO's call [if any] for the same. For sure your file wound't get derailed due to this... they'd ask for it, if they want to.

i am waiting for ppr1 as my medical is done in month of August 2011.my passport is going to expire in feb,2012.should i renew it or wait for any instruction from CIC.will it matter if i renew it now?

Today i have checked with my bank but my BD has not been encashed yet. After more than 3 and half months there is no further communication from CIC.

I am still confuse weather am i in the 500 of capacity or not?

I am really worry about it.

its always good to renew ur PP coz if u send this PP ur visa expiry date will be Feb 2012 too. u can renew the PP at the earliest and send in a copy as update. u can also attach the old PP whn u send the Passport for Visa stamping.

No formalities / checks whn u move to other province. u can freely move

hi qorax, i just wondering when can i get section A form for medical examination... because i got a letter from visa office that i need to send my medical exam. in 60 days but when i called their designated doctor she said i need a section A form from visa office, i havent got any Section A form......do they send after sending a letter regarding medical examination or together???

I need your help.I am April2010 applicant (NOC 3152.VO New Delhi).Status is In Process,with RBVO detail.My questions are-

1.My son is in Canada since 2008.He is a student there.He is also included in my application.According to this form, I am hopefully waiting for medical.What will be the further process for my son about his medical and passport etc? Please clear me.

2.How much time will my application take? My2nd AOR came on September2010 and In process is since July 2011.

3.My mom got visitor visa for canada in October.Due to some family problem she does not want to go now.How much time she can stay in India? She has visa up to 2014.

Please give me some time in your precious time and answer my questions.I will be very thankful to you.
