Hi all friends. I am too confused now. Though my status is In process with RBVO inside. I sent the RPRF along with the documents before 2nd AOR. I received a confirmation of the payment from NDVO. They sent me a receipt for the same in separate mail. Is it a good sign that they have sent me the receipt for RPRF. Though the RBVO status is adamant and doesnt wants to change. Havent received the medicals yet. Please suggest my friends.

Buddy as of now all Pre-june 2010 applications are in hold. CHC is waiting for the next quota release. so we can expect a file movement from feb 2012. good luck Biju |

Hi Biju, On the electronic status shows the following comment. We received your application for permanent residence on March 2, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. We transferred your application to the London England office on April 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you. I got the acknowledge letter for the documents received (2 nd set doc. Sent to CHC London) on Aug 2010. Plz. advice Thanks .. S. Thomas Buddy

Bro its ok tht u have send ur RPRF along the full doc. as i said b4 all pre-june 2010 applications are in hold now but CHC will start to process from Feb 2012. Any payments (DD) to CHC will be en-cashed b4 coz thy carry a validity limit of 6 months Let us hope for the Best biju |

travellers chq , its fine. but whn u carry a DD its always better to be in PA name. but there is no harm in ur wife's name too. normally Immigr: guys will ask only how much money ur carrying. Thy wont ask u to show and all.  U have another Option too:- u can open a Scotia bank a/c from india and transfer ur POF into tht a/c. later take the statement and show to IMMigr: guys - simple BIjuDear Biju, Thanks for the reply Monty |

I received letter today to submit new application for permanent residence IMM0008 and new scheudle A backgrounf /declartion and police certificate from KSA.
I have done my medical n RPR fees as well in aprail 2011, wht it means they want again new applcation, and already submitted background declartion september last year, iam pre june 2010 applicant
