Hello! Excuse me for troubling! I would be very grateful if you help me with one question. My native uncle is the citizen of Canada. But he does not live there for a long time. He lives in Moscow. Can I claim for points for it under program Federal Skilled Worker? And 1 more question. If I have finished 16 years medical university and I am a specialist - how many points are for education - 20 or 22? Thanks!

I got an email from CHC "Your application has been reviewed by an officer and is pending the final decision. You will be notified once all steps are complete"
Plz can u assist me what does this mean and how long it will take to make final decicion by officer.....

Once you have your PER from CIO, They send the case to your local VO. During processing at VO, if they need any additional documents they inform you. Till that time relax. mycan |

hi after a long period i need your comments/Suggestion again regarding one of my friend Mr Imran
he is applicant of post 26 feburary 2008 his application receive in 26 Feb 2008, when he was in London and applied from there , NOW situation is bit change he come back Pakistan in end of 2008 but haven't receive anything after Receiving the first acknowledgment letter now he want to :
Change his Permanent Address and Resident address (currently he have his uncle address in London)
Martial Status (married now with one infant)
and pls mentioned if you know any thing about the application in this Period (FEB 2008) and suggestion and opinion

How many people are getting interview calls from NDVO. Has anyone of NOC 1111 who sent the full documents to NDVO in August 2010 received any response from the VO.

Guys, is it true that NOC 1122 reached CAP in july 8th??? my app reached CIO by july 11th. and so far I havent been charged the fee or received any letter, email, or my app returned! what you guys know?? Qorax you told me before that if my app reached there before it showed CAP reached in NOC list, then I was IN. But now Im hearing that the CAP was reched in july 8th and the website wasnt updated properly at that time! What can you tell me about this situation? Im so sad about this  |

Same Happened to me last year. My application reached there on 14th of June and Cap was reached at 15th. I got my papers back in August end. Dont worry, keep faith. Next year it will be refreshed again. WE have around equivalant to 20,500 in our back account but in Pakistani Currency and i got letter from bank for Pak Rs.
Do i need to take a snap shot of forex rates and paste it with our application ? or that would not be necessary.

1.Does every family member gets a separate C O P R PAPER ?
2.If this paper is in triplicate for eachone ?
3.Do all the three copies for each person have a photograph pasted on them or only the first copy and the remaining two copies are without any photograph ?
4.What is the purpose to send 3 copies for one individual ?
