Dear Qorax,
Today when i checked my e-cas with my OLD Backlog file number, i found 2 links in my e-cas.
Permanent Residence Application(s)
Applicant Permanent Residence Application Status
MAYANK KUMAR PANDYA Application Received
MAYANK KUMAR PANDYA In Process
When i clicked on first one "Application Received" Then it shows that
We received your application for permanent residence on February 10, 2011.
What does it mean ? Should i expect that my application successfully passed Completeness check ? As my BD is still not encashed ?
Please guide me..

Dear qorax, You got confused by my last post. Let me elaborate. I have one file in Backlog since 2006 whose file number start with B**** . I submitted my new file under NOC : 3131 & it was reached to CIO on 10 Feb. 2011. Today when i checked my e-cas with my OLD Backlog file number, i found 2 links in my e-cas. 1. When u run 2 parallel apps - each gets linked with the other.
2. The older one of yours is 'in process' - while the new one is 'apps recd'.
3. The new one is probably yet under 'eligibility assessment' - 'coz u haven't still recd it's 2nd AOR.

respected sir,
i got visa under qsw , but with medical survlence papers, at present i can't stay in quebec for more than a month.
Q; Can i attend medical survllence formalities on next visit ?
Q; May i request to health authority for extension?
PLEASE GUIDE ME.

Reach Quebec - visit a Health Canada office - get the MS papers endorsed - they'd guide u to a 'specific' clinic - visit that - tell them that u r returning back after sometime - get the pre-Tests done - & ask for a later date for further checks. Qorax |

Dear Qorax:
I applied for FSW: Code 3131 in February 2011. My C.C. was charged three days after the documents were received by CIO. Actually i was not able to send a reference letter as required by the VO but i had attached the experience letter which the company gave me when i left the job. I have applied on the basis of that job. i called that company for the reference letter but they said that the one they gave is their fixed format and they don't entertain individual request but they said to send a request to Human resources dept. Last week i received a reference letter from that company as required by VO. Now shall i send that letter to CIO since i had attached a letter in my application explaining that the company is not entertaining individual requests. If your answer is yes, what would be the best time to send it and what would b the procedure to send it. I am worried because my Job description is nowhere on the experience letter i had send and also on my contract with my company which i had also send.
